Early Saturday morning the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department SWAT team, assisted by agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, executed a search warrant at a home in northeast Las Vegas owned by Jia Bei Zhu, the CCP-linked Chinese citizen who ran an illegal biolab in Reedley, California. After finding multiple refrigerators and freezers containing vials, bottles, and jugs of unknown liquid substances, and laboratory equipment in the garage of the home, FBI scientists and a specialized investigation team collected over 1,000 samples from the garage; that evidence has been transported to the National Bio-forensic Analysis Center in Maryland for examination.
So, at the very least, five or six agencies chased dozens of witnesses, nine LLCs and general corporations, an untold number of other allegedly fake companies, a long list of bank accounts, a countywide network of real estate, and a series of credit card statements, the latter producing detailed statements in the complaint about the luxury goods Soofer allegedly purchased using public funds. His wife apparently has some quite nice Hermes sandals that Los Angeles taxpayers bought her, if the FBI is correct. I attempted to get more information from the city controller who started the ball rolling, but his office has yet to respond to questions. I’ve never once found that the FBI answers questions about its investigations, so I haven’t bothered to ask them about it.
Read the complaint linked above and form your own conclusion, but an educated guess is that it’s a description of hundreds of hours of investigation, and maybe more. It continues, and they’re clearly still digging.
Now, Soofer allegedly represents about $10 million in local fraud, and Mehmet Oz says that just the category of medical fraud in just that one county probably amounts to about $3.5 billion a year. In Minneapolis, Nick Shirley is visiting single addresses listed in public records as the office for multiple businesses that can’t actually be found there, and the X user who posts as Data Republican is suggesting that some single addresses in the city are actually the address of record for hundreds of potentially fraudulent businesses.
Do the math in your head: How many cops, doing how many hours of investigation, will it take to unravel tens of billions of dollars of overlapping fraud in government-funded health care, transportation, daycare, and homeless services nonprofits, in California and Minnesota and wherever else large numbers of nonprofits chase a massive pool of federal, state, and local public funds?
Americans are quite lightly policed, and should be. //
Our police do their work at the margins and are funded and staffed on the premise that they’re chasing small numbers of bad guys in a population of honest citizens. If that cultural premise fails, we don’t have the cops to fix it.
The first place to stop fraud is with a healthy culture. The second place to stop it is in a limited government that doesn’t offer a bunch of free cash for thieves to steal. The third solution, investigations and arrests, is clumsy, slow, and likely to prove grossly inadequate. //
The more we undermine the first culture and import the second, the more we’re going to foster public services fraud. That’s not what we want to do.
The nationwide murder rate fell dramatically in 2025 — in what’s likely the largest single-year drop ever recorded, according to new crime data. //
The positive trend includes a more than 20% decline in New York City, a 28% drop in Chicago and a nearly 28% plunge in Washington, DC, where President Trump oversaw a massive crime crackdown.
Even without the influence of groups like 764, sowing chaos appears to be occurring on a daily basis through the insidious influence of actors manipulating bytes and bots — all to destroy our children. How do you bring down a society? You destroy its young: mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The transgender cult has been in collusion for years to destroy them through mutilating their bodies and minds. Now, we have all forms of nefarious individuals undermining them through screens. The destruction of identity and purpose is the main goal. //
Shortly before his murder, Charlie Kirk had an apt response on why a foundation of religion is a major factor in saving Western civilization.
You have to try to point them toward ultimate purposes and toward getting back to the church, getting back to faith, getting married, having children. That is the type of conservatism that I represent, and I'm trying to paint a picture of virtue, of lifting people up, not just staying angry.
Charlie Kirk ably represented this, and it is part of the reason why he was murdered. So, we must rise and be like Charlie. Wise people are recognizing this and acting accordingly. With groups like 764 and adversarial threats seemingly on every side, we need God's hand and God's help more than ever before.

A man went to prison for assaulting me. DC crime stats don't show it
7:51 AM · Aug 14, 2025
According to sources, the conspiracy is widespread and essentially an unstated policy. The D.C. police union, which has been working to expose all this, says that multiple supervisors have been reclassifying crimes so that they don't show up in the reports. //
In other words, department leaders have been changing stabbings, shootings, and carjackings to lesser classifications like felony assault because then they will not show up in the daily crime statistics. Those crimes are also not required to be reported to the FBI, which is where most crime statistics are compiled nationwide. //
So the next time you see the press or a Democrat politician claim "crime is down in D.C." as a way to push back on the administration, know that they are citing discredited statistics that were birthed out of a scandal that's been unfolding for months. No one should believe anything the MPD puts out, and anyone who goes along with their numbers is being willfully dishonest.
Honestly, this is pretty much the definition of futile. Look at how Mayor Adams worded this, and it comes out looking even worse than a 911 call. You can hit the button "immediately," and I'll concede it has the advantage of not having to visibly pick up a phone. Like a silent alarm button, it can presumably be placed somewhere where it can be activated surreptitiously. But when it's activated, if you've gone through the correct implied process to give the police access to your store cameras - and if you have store cameras - then you get to wait for officers to bring up the camera feed on a monitor, to take a look at what's going on, and then to decide what (if any) response is warranted.
I've got a better idea, Mayor Adams: Stop making it virtually impossible for the law-abiding residents of New York City to arm themselves for their own protection and the protection of their property. Make being a robber or looter a dangerous business. An armed man can face down a thug; an unarmed man can only be a victim. At least give them a chance to resist; right now, they have none, and this panic button boondoggle just drips impotence. No thug will be afraid of being caught by a panic button. //
One of my personal heroes, Colonel Jeff Cooper, once famously said:
If violent crime is to be curbed, it is only the intended victim who can do it. The felon does not fear the police, and he fears neither judge nor jury. Therefore what he must be taught to fear is his victim.
El Salvadorian President Nayib Bukele has won a landslide victory in the country's presidential election, earning him a historic second term and underscoring his status as one of the world's most popular political leaders.
Posting on the X platform, Bukele announced that he had won the election with over 85 percent of the vote.
"According to our numbers, we have won the presidential election with more than 85% of the votes and a minimum of 58 of 60 deputies in the Assembly," he wrote. "This is a record in the entire history of the democratic world... God bless El Salvador.". //

Nayib Bukele is expected to win re-election tonight in a sweeping landslide victory.
Why is he so popular? He did what he was elected to do. He cracked down on crime, jailed criminals & gang members, and murder rates dramatically decreased by 70% last year.
In 2023, El Salvador became safer than the US. Destruction is a choice."

DC Judge Who Tried to Stop Deportations Gets a Harsh Message From El Salvador's President – RedState
the president invoked the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 against the vicious Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua which has been terrorizing cities across the country—and then the administration sent at least one planeload of members of the “Foreign Terrorist Organization” back to their country of origin.
It didn’t take long for Obama appointed Chief U.S. District Judge James Boasberg to kneecap the effort. Not only did he issue a temporary restraining order preventing the deportation of any Venezuelans, but he also ordered that the plane (or planes; it’s unclear) return the gangsters to the U.S.
The actions against the president began even before he signed the order. Mind-boggling:
Hours before the proclamation was signed, a lawsuit was filed by the American Civil Liberties Union, Democracy Forward and the ACLU of the District of Columbia, claiming it could be used to deport any Venezuelan in the country, regardless of whether they are a member of TdA.
At a hearing Saturday afternoon, Chief U.S. District Judge James Boasberg of the D.C. Circuit granted a temporary restraining order preventing the deportation of the five Venezuelans, who had already been in federal custody for two weeks.
Two planes that may have been en route to deport illegal immigrants were ordered returned by the judge. However, it is unclear as of Saturday night if they have done so. //
Bukele is a tough character whose uncompromising stance on law and order has transformed El Salvador from the most dangerous to the safest country in Central America; see El Salvadorian Hardman, President Nayib Bukele Wins Blowout Re-Election Victory – RedState. I'd much rather have Venezeuelan terrorists held in El Salvador than detained in America, and if it costs less in the process, that's a bonus. //
I remain of the view that this is a test case the Trump Admin has purposely triggered in order to RE-establish POTUS authority to use the AEA [note: Alien Enemies Act] to address the consequences of the Biden Admin "Open Border" policy. That policy allowed millions of unvetted migrants to enter the country illegally. The ability of the Administration to deport a substantial number of those illegal aliens is limited by the physical facilities necessary to arrest, detain, and hold them while deportation proceedings take place. Having the ability to execute mass deportations of the worst criminal offenders without going through the processes set forth in other federal statutes would increase significantly the pace by which large numbers of such individuals could be removed without burdening the facilities we do have.
...
What makes me think this is a test case is that the complaint was filed before President Trump issued an Executive Order stating that he would be using the AEA to remove these five individuals. The exercise of authority under the AEA begins with a Presidential “Proclamation” that certain factual circumstances have arisen, and extraordinary Presidential authority granted by Congress is being invoked to respond to those circumstances.
At the time the complaint was filed, no such proclamation had been issued by President Trump, but the Complaint was specific to an extent that would be highly unlikely if the Plaintiffs’ attorneys had not been given a preview of what it was likely to say.

🇺🇸🇸🇻 TRUMP AND RUBIO’S PRISON DEAL WITH EL SALVADOR IS A LEGAL AND STRATEGIC MASTERSTROKE
Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio have secured a historic agreement with El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele that will allow the U.S. to deport violent criminals—regardless of nationality—to serve their sentences in El Salvador’s high-security mega-prison. This bold initiative will cut prison costs, reduce overcrowding, and enhance public safety by removing dangerous criminals from U.S. soil.

Just skimmed the indictment. The alleged illegal activities go back over a year. The alleged conspirators have been in communication with FBI informants, have been surveilled and maybe even searched using sneak and peak warrants for most of 2024.
There have been rumors about foreign assassin teams for a few months, but pundits in the MSM have been dismissing them as "unsubstantiated" and "without evidence."
So for those keeping score, the DOJ (via Jack Smith) can drop a boatload of unsubstantiated material detrimental to Trump shortly before the election. But the same DOJ needs to keep an indictment of potential assassins under until a few days after the election. //

Is it interesting that the secret serviceleft gaping holes in protection of Trump while knowing these threats existed? It seems interesting.
Unfortunately, the policies Harris championed are already taking root in other parts of the country, with the same results. What's happening is devastating on so many levels, but perhaps the most devastating impact is the loss of humanity. Addicts and mentally ill people are left to their own devices, to suffer and be victimized and assaulted - and likely die - on the streets, and everyday citizens are looked at by politicians as acceptable collateral damage on the path to radical societal change. Hopefully, these stories can reach enough middle-of-the-road voters to make a difference.
America's homeowners are allowed to claim just one home as their primary residence: the one they live in the majority of the year, according to federally backed lender Freddie Mac. Yet Schiff alternately declared both California and Maryland homes as “principal” on multiple mortgage and election forms dating to 2003 and reviewed by Just the News. //
Those conflicting sworn statements provided the California congressman with both financial and political benefits over the years, primarily lower mortgage interest rates, tax advantages, and the ability to run for election in a California House district. //
The pattern was first detected by Sacramento-based real estate investigator Christine Bish, who also is running for Congress as a Republican this year. She filed an ethics complaint against Schiff in Congress.
Bish alleges in her complaint: "Depending on tax history and statements or misstatements made, Adam Schiff may also be guilty of tax fraud." //

AG Garland, here's a slam-dunk case for you!
Oh, never mind, Schiff is a democrat and, as we all know, you never prosecute democrats, no matter how brazen their criminality, no matter how flagrant their fraud, no matter how clear-cut the case is against them, do you?
According to Real Clear Investigations, which discovered the change, the new data represents a reversal from a 2.1 percent decrase to a 4.5 percent increase.
When the FBI originally released the “final” crime data for 2022 in September 2023, it reported that the nation’s violent crime rate fell by 2.1%. This quickly became, and remains, a Democratic Party talking point to counter Donald Trump’s claims of soaring crime.
But the FBI has quietly revised those numbers, releasing new data that shows violent crime increased in 2022 by 4.5%. The new data includes thousands more murders, rapes, robberies, and aggravated assaults.
For context, 2022 would be the second most recent year on record as 2024 data is not compiled yet. But if the FBI's data in that year was so off, why should anyone believe their 2023 data, which claims a three percent decrease in violent crime? Will that data be revised in the coming future as well? I think we can take a pretty guess at that one. //
It also couldn't be ignored that around 40 percent of police departments were no longer even sharing crime data with the FBI. That left the bureau increasingly relying on a questionable system of estimation to produce its published crime rates. //
The next thing someone may be wondering is if these revisions are normal. To put it simply, they aren't. Carl Moody, a professor at William and Mary College, looked into past years and found that no revisions happened between 2004 and 2015 while 2016 to 2020 saw only minute changes of less than one percent. It wasn't until Biden and Harris took office that the FBI started producing these massive revisions for 2021 and 2022 (and no doubt, eventually, 2023).

But in this case, the decision was made in January 2021, when Joe Biden signed executive orders largely undoing Donald Trump's border policies and effectively throwing the border open. There was illegal immigration before that, but the Harris/Biden administration's policies have allowed it to explode.
This mess in Aurora, Colorado, is just one of the outcomes of that catastrophically bad decision. And the root cause can be laid squarely at the feet of Joe Biden and Kamala "Border Czar" Harris.
A third assassination attempt on former president Donald Trump was thwarted at the last minute Saturday when local cops stopped a man armed with guns and fake passes outside his rally at Coachella Valley, the local sheriff said.
The suspect was caught about a mile from the rally venue with a phony-entry pass, according to police. He was also carrying a loaded shotgun, handgun and high capacity magazine.
“We probably stopped another assassination attempt,” Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco said.
The suspect, identified as Vem Miller, was intercepted by police at a checkpoint about a half-mile from the rally entrance. He was carrying a fake phony [sic] press and VIP passes. //
UPDATED [5:52 p.m. EST]: The NY Post (linked above) has updated its report, adding additional details, including the circumstances of the car being searched:
The suspect — identified as 49-year-old Las Vegas resident Vem Miller — was caught at a checkpoint about a quarter-mile from the rally with fake VIP passes to the rally and fake press passes — as well as unregistered weapons, including a loaded shotgun, a handgun and a high-capacity magazine, according to the Riverside County sheriff’s office.
Miller did not have a valid ID when he was stopped at the rally checkpoint, and was detained after police searched his vehicle and found the weapons, law enforcement sources told The Post.

So let’s review….the license plate on his car was fake. The officer also found several passports with different names on them inside the car. How do you even obtain passports with different names? I have a passport and there is a fairly rigorous process to obtain one. He has an handgun with an additional clip with ammo? No mention of whether or not he had a license to carry a gun in California. And what name was the gun license in with all his fake passports? And with all this damning evidence, the FBI immediately comes out and states it wasn’t an assassination attempt and he is released on $5,000 bail? And it was the local sheriffs department that arrested him. Curious that there is absolutely no comment from the Secret Service. Was this guy on their bad guy list to watch for? This whole episode stinks to high heaven and fuels the deep state conspiracy theories. And confirms that the FBI will need a deep cleaning from top to bottom when Trump is sworn in. //

If this guy were supposedly from a right wing organization, the MSM would be shouting these stories from the rooftops. That means they don’t know what he is, but they don’t want to admit another assassination attemp was thwarted. The guy went through security at a Trump rally with a weapon. Why else would he be going there? Denying this was another assassination attempt is foolhardy and shouldn’t be ruled out that quickly. The guy is obviously going to deny it because he doesn’t want to be charged with it, so any statements he makes should be disregarded as to motive.
