Democrats are also starting to confront something uncomfortable: Those ads highlighting Harris’s past support for taxpayer-funded transgender prison surgeries? They were a killer. For proof, just look at the 538 chart tracking Harris’s favorable ratings, which were rising until October 1, when she was high on vibes, and then started to sink the very week Trump and his MAGA allies started putting serious money behind those trans ads, which were absolutely inescapable on TV and streaming in the closing weeks. “I talked to so many people in the barbershop who asked about that ad,” [Richmond Democrat Mayor Levar] Stoney told me. “I get that it can be difficult to talk about those issues, but there was room for the campaign to respond to them. Why didn’t they? Because once you don’t respond, people start to believe it’s true.”
The ad was true though, as we documented back in mid-September after the Trump/Harris debate, where Trump was widely mocked on Twitter by journos and Democrat movers and shakers alike who were incredulous over the claim and thought it made him look like a fruitcake. Amazingly, it was CNN of all places that first broke that story - just two days before the debate.
But it is a third theory for Trump’s resounding victory, posited by many on the left, that should cause grave concern to liberty lovers because it forewarns of an acceleration of efforts to control the marketplace of ideas. Here, Harris’ loss was blamed not on the far-left policies and candidate voters rejected or on the supposed racist and sexist beliefs of the electorate, but on voters purportedly being “misinformed” by the right-wing controlled media.
By the end of last week, this theme had flooded the airways and social media. But it was the New Republic’s article, “Why Does No One Understand the Real Reason Trump Won?,” that best capsulated this spin.
The New Republic’s article from Thursday declared the purported “reason” for Trump’s victory: “It wasn’t the economy. It wasn’t inflation, or anything else. It was how people perceive those things, which points to one overpowering answer.” “The answer is the right-wing media,” author Michael Tomasky pontificated, continuing:
“Today, the right-wing media — Fox News (and the entire News Corp.), Newsmax, One America News Network, the Sinclair network of radio and TV stations and newspapers, iHeart Media (formerly Clear Channel), the Bott Radio Network (Christian radio), Elon Musk’s X, the huge podcasts like Joe Rogan’s, and much more — sets the news agenda in this country. And they fed their audiences a diet of slanted and distorted information that made it possible for Trump to win.”
This argument was laughable to conservatives and Republicans who, unlike many of their liberal and Democrat contemporaries, do not limit their news intake to coverage from like-minded media outlets. Thus, the right saw what statistics bore out — “that broadcast evening news coverage of the 2024 presidential race has been the most lopsided in history,” with legacy outlets, like ABC, CBS and NBC, providing Harris “78% positive coverage, while these same networks have pummeled former Republican President Donald Trump with 85% negative coverage.”
The legacy networks also hosted and controlled the presidential and vice-presidential debates, providing even more skewed coverage of the competing candidacies. And these media outlets regularly pushed — or unquestioningly accepted — false and misleading claims about Trump and Vance.
The repetitive false reporting that Donald Trump had called neo-Nazis marching in Charlottesville “very fine people” — a claim even debunked by Snopes — alone proves the point. But ordinary Americans, having lived through the Russia collusion hoax and the false claims that Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian disinformation, and also having witnessed the blatant bias of the networks during the debate, no longer needed solid proof to question the veracity of the legacy outlets. And the populace then turned to alternative media to assess the truth.
Herein, we saw the difference about 2024: It isn’t that the right controls the media or misinforms the populace, but that the left no longer can — at least not unimpeded.
It has been a real eye-opener to watch the left go from smug confidence that Kamala was preordained to be the 47th president of the United States to the depth of despair as Donald Trump racked up 312 electoral votes and a popular vote victory to become the first president since Grover Cleveland to be elected to non-consecutive terms.

So, what caused this seismic shift? A sane person would say that the Democrats suffered from a spectacularly horrible candidate, a repulsive agenda for America, or both. But if you are a Democrat activist, you blame "right-wing media." //
Michael Tomasky, the neo-communist editor of The New Republic, has the same view. Trump won because right-wing media overpowered the truth. //
It's really hard to know where to start on this bullsh**. To a large degree, conservative media has emerged organically because we were shut out of mainstream media. It is very difficult to find anything more than a token center-right voice on any of the networks, major papers, or cultural magazines. The Atlantic fired the pseudo-conservative Kevin Williamson. The New York Times staff ran Bari Weiss off, even though she was only mildly conservative depending on the sunspot patterns. NBC fired Megyn Kelly. My old blog project, RedMaryland, had a deal to provide a mainstream conservative viewpoint to the Baltimore Sun's editorial page, we were booted thanks to a faux issue drummed up by Media Matters. Movies like Matt Walsh's "What is a Woman?" (see This May Be the Most Absurd, Telling Exchange in Matt Walsh's 'What Is a Woman?') and "Am I a Racist?" (see Matt Walsh's 'Am I Racist' Uses Major DEI Figures to Expose and Lampoon It As the Racist Grift It Is) get no media promotion. Leftist media continues to dominate ratings. //
The real question is, how can so much leftist media have so little impact on political discussions?
As Stephen Miller observed, Rogan is not conservative. Jordan Peters is not conservative. Our YouTube and Rumble channels rely on viewers, not George Soros or some other leftist billionaire, to survive. Here at RedState, if you don't read us, we don't get paid. //
What makes us different than the media owned by the left is that we deeply believe in what we write, and monied interests don't control us. Our writers and influencers are not a collection of paid-for twinks. The extremes to which the Biden administration went to silence us through coopting Meta and pre-Elon Musk Twitter gave us credibility that no leftist outlet will ever have because it demonstrated that the establishment feared our message. The authenticity of our message cuts through the clutter because it has the ring of truth.
The left can't compete because they don't have very many ideas, and those ideas they have cut against human freedom and autonomy. But if Kamala can drop a billion is leftist money on a losing election, those same donors can drop another building out another version of Air America radio network. //

"...Let Trump Win" No. He earned it completely. No one "let" him do anything. He paid in blood, sweat, and tears. He reengaged old-fashioned politics, USA style. No one "let him win". He kicked their commie asses. He will continue to do so with the support of the American people. The sleeping giant has awakened again, Admiral Yamamoto. I'd sell any commie stock muy pronto. Next order of business is to take out the Chinese Communist Party of the People's Republic of China, the same way Ronald Reagan took out the Communist Party of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. Chairman Xi and his minions are far too smart not to see what's coming. Their time of murderous totalitarian evil is ending, setting the Chinese people free and removing a huge malignant cancer from the planet. //

Also, for all of the talk about Trump losing the popular vote before, everyone knows that is not what wins the election.
Trump has said that he never campaigned for the popular vote, he campaigned for the EV. Trump said he would win the popular vote if he campaigned for it.
Well, this time Trump campaigned for the popular vote. When Trump was doing campaigning in NYC and in states where he was way behind, that was what Trump was doing.
And, the media laughed at him. //

One extremely beneficial side effect of Trump campaigning in 'Deep Blue areas' like NY, NJ, and the like, is the massive swing in Legislative districts across the entire state(s) towards the GOP. While US House incumbents are very hard to displace, as typically only 5-10% get removed from Office each election cycle, one of the biggest issue is for them to face strong opponents in Primary and General Election. Many Democrat incumbents face a lackluster GOP candidate, as no Strong one wants to spend over a year in a losing battle. I believe that the recent GOP gains can free up dozens of Conservative GOP members to 'take the plunge' and decide to run for US House against Democratic incumbents. The MSM general consensus that Legislative GOP candidates supporting Trump were damaging their campaign has been shown to be untrue, as exhibited by dozens of DEMOCRATIC legislators in October and up to Election Day putting on ads describing how they 'Voted with Trump'. //

Donald Trump 'lost the popular vote' in 2020 due to the Democrat machines that control the vote counting process in EVERY SINGLE ONE of the LARGEST PRECINCTS in EVERY SINGLE ONE of the Swing States in which they are located and in which ALL of them contributed OUTRIGHT counterfeit ballots and the ballots of ineligible voters to the election totals.
ANYONE who actually believes that Joe Biden received 81,000,000 votes is either a total Democrat toady or dangerously delusional.
This time, however, due to the depth and breadth of Trump's MASSIVE victory in which he had gains in EVERY SINGLE STATE but Washington State was simply too big to rig. That fact, combined with more diligent control over the vote counting process made Trump's victory an inevitibility. //

The Left had a Joe Rogan. It was Joe Rogan, until they chased him out of the Left and California.
He isn't the only one, by a long shot. Red State et al are full of former Democrats. And it's not just media; RFK Jr. and Tulsi Gabbard spring to mind.
Heck, President Donald Trump was a Democrat until the Left chased him out of New York.
"OK, this has now jumped from an Internet meme to a Sunday morning show," a leery Bash replied. "Congratulations."
"It would give Kamala Harris the chance to be the 47th president of the United States of America," Simmons pushed onward, suggesting the move would really stick it to the president-elect. "It would disrupt all of Donald Trump's paraphernalia, right? He would have to rebrand everything."
Yeah, I'm not sure replacing a man cognitively challenged due to age with a woman cognitively challenged due to a lack of cognition is quite worth making the Trump campaign alter a few T-shirts. Making America even more vulnerable just to play games with our political adversary seems ... unwise.
Simmons served as communications director for Harris previously. Now you know why she couldn't communicate her policies to the American people and was one of the most awkward candidates this nation has ever seen. She had this kind of intellectual firepower behind her.
Simmons' idea is on par with the type of intellect that led to Clinton aides replacing all the 'W' keys on computer keyboards after George W. Bush won the 2000 election.
This idea of throwing Kamala Harris a bone - just because she deserves it - has been floated before. Bash referenced another insane conspiracy in which the left would like to see Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor retire so Biden could name Harris as her replacement.
That brilliant idea also came from a CNN commentator, Bakari Sellers. //
"Dems have better policies but we must realize the old rules no longer apply. We are not playing table tennis. We are in a mixed martial arts fight and Americans respond to drama and excitement," he wrote. "We should use that to make our arguments for a better path forward."
You don't have better policies. If you did, your entire party wouldn't have been absolutely slaughtered on Election Day.
Besides, Americans already chose a "better path forward." They chose Trump. No amount of fantasizing to the contrary is going to change that, gents. //

During the response to Hurricane Helene, there were numerous stories of late or nonexistent federal response to heavily Republican areas in western North Carolina. //
Despite this driving the "fact checkers" bonkers, the allegation clearly merits revisiting.
As I posted Saturday, the odds of a low-level part-time FEMA employee creating a policy to deprive Trump supporters of federal assistance and violate federal law in the process seem remote. The fact that Trump supporters were refused federal aid in Florida and that Trump had heard about the same happening in North Carolina suggests a more comprehensive FEMA policy aimed at displacing Trump supporters either for purposes of the 2024 election or to destroy conservative communities permanently.

My family has a home in WNC, and we've been actively involved in purchasing & trucking in supplies, organizing distribution centers, & getting critical needs to trapped & suffering residents.
We've been doing it for over a month.
On the ground. Daily.
I can tell you that, outside of deep, deep Blue Asheville, FEMA has been nowhere. They've done nothing. Unless you're a Dem voter, you were just left -- I mean this literally -- to die.
ALL of the rescues were by private groups. ALL of the donations outside Asheville were by private groups. ALL of the donations that actually got to anyone were the ones that avoided FEMA confiscation. ALL of the on-going efforts --- the supplies, the housing, the road clearing, the cadaver dogs --- are still by private groups.
If you think this one leftist lunatic punishing Trump supporters in FL is a scandal, I invite you to talk to the residents of WNC.

But I’m absolutely of the belief that the Deep State very much hires for political orientation. A little joke followed by a wink and nod during the interview process is all it takes. And then you get the same thing we saw during the 2020 election. Hundreds of operatives who all believe they are bravely resisting fascism by working against Trump and his supporters. And who, precisely, do we have to thank for this? The MSM and the educational establishment. Time to push back against their BS and go after the root cause. //

In the last 60 years, the Democrat party has gone from seemingly helping the common man to dictating what all should follow. The GOP, in contrast, has changed from the country club supporters (Rockefeller republicans) to helping the common person. The Democrats constantly tell us what to think and what policies the masses should support. The authoritarian streak in the Dems now is pretty frightening. This FEMA incident, plus many of the Obama/Biden administration, are so typical of this Dem mindset. And to that mindset, Trump is a real threat so hence the unhinged responses to his win.
There are numerous reasons for this Trump success. I would say it shows the power of authenticity. Some might not prefer Trump’s blunt, even at times crude style, but no one could honestly say that the billionaire sounds or looks fake. Or addled. Or lost.
Stacked against an opponent who read everything off teleprompters and dodged questions completely or with incomprehensible word salads punctuated by defensive giggles, the familiar executive seemed safer.
Trump also had his own record as proof of accomplishment – strong economy and job growth, enhanced defense posture, reduced taxes, and energy independence, among others.
The Harris campaign organization, which was actually the Biden campaign with a few Harris cronies grafted on, was saddled with the administration’s record of incompetence – inflation, poor job growth, the globally mortifying Afghan exit, and creating, allowing, and even facilitating the open southern border with 10 million-plus illegal-crossers.
She also placed far too much trust in the abortion issue, which she ironically called reproductive rights. Trump easily defused that by pointing out, accurately, that’s now a state issue.
The incumbent vice president attempted to frame herself as an agent of change. But then, on national TV, she was asked what she would have changed in Biden policies. Clueless, she paused, then said nothing came to mind. //
A burst of initial party enthusiasm for Harris that was actually relief over Biden’s departure faded quickly. Like Republicans after their 1964 drubbing by Lyndon Johnson, Democrats are calling now for a thorough campaign autopsy.
Trouble is, the would-be party coroners were all complicit in causing the campaign’s terminal condition.
Republicans need to be wary, though, of over-confidence. Nothing is permanent in U.S. politics. Only four years after Democrats’ decisive 1964 landslide, they lost four of the next five White House elections.
Revealing of the Biden character, besides his chronic lying, is the quiet but obvious undermining of his replacement’s campaign by inserting himself all fall, as if his discarded persona could help.
Joe and Jill can now claim until their deaths that they would have done better on Nov. 5, should anyone care. The good news from such pettiness is we are now forever free politically of both Bidens and Harris.
Taken as a whole, the facts paint a picture of Biden as an embittered man who was elbowed out of the way rather than voluntarily stepping aside. His decision to endorse Kamala in his withdrawal speech locked the Democrats into a convention that was a coronation rather than a contest. As a result, the Democrat king-makers lost their say on who would lead the party in the upcoming campaign and created an electoral Chernobyl that will smolder for years to come.
Don’t be fooled by Democrats’ uncharacteristic acceptance of election results. It’s their only move right now. //
Earlier on Wednesday, the shrews of “The View” rehearsed the same talking points. “When the person you voted for does not win, you do not say the system must be broken or that it was rigged. You say, ‘It is what it is,'” said Sara Haines. “Unlike Donald Trump and his followers, I acknowledge that he won,” added Ana Navarro.
Of course, they “acknowledge that he won.” After their QUESTIONING ELECTION RESULTS IS A THREAT TO DEMOCRACY rhetoric from the past four years, what the heck other choice do they have? Their “we accept the results” posture started about five minutes ago — or, more precisely, the moment Trump questioned the results of the 2020 election. Before that, Democrats had for decades questioned pretty much every other election they had lost, which were all freer and fairer than 2020, by the way.
2016 is still fresh in Americans’ minds. Here are three minutes (of many) of Democrats calling Donald Trump an “illegitimate president” after that election and saying the contest was “stolen” from Hillary Clinton:
Democrats did the same thing in the 2000 election between George W. Bush and Al Gore, and then again when Bush beat John Kerry four years later, to the point of stalling the Electoral College vote certification. Democrats even spun up a wild conspiracy theory that Karl Rove had colluded with voting machine manufacturers to change vote tallies. Jerry Nadler and other Judiciary Committee Democrats called on the General Accountability Office to investigate whether the machines were used to steal the election.
In 1960, after Hawaii’s governor had initially certified the results for Republican candidate Richard Nixon and a recount was underway, Democrat John F. Kennedy arranged for “alternate electors” (gasp) to be appointed. Sound familiar?
In 2018, Stacey Abrams insisted she had won the race for governor of Georgia against Brian Kemp even though she had lost. There are more examples where these came from. //
Not only did they insist, against all evidence to the contrary, that the 2020 election was the “most secure in American history,” but they also vilified anyone who disagreed as an “election denier.” They labeled Trump a Nazi, a tyrant, and an insurrectionist, and his followers the same.
So they’ve really backed themselves into a corner on election results now. What choice do they have but to concede in 2024?
That’s not the only, or even the primary reason, Kamala Harris and her supporters conceded the election on Wednesday though. They also admitted defeat because they got whooped. Unlike the 2020 election, the margins in 2024 weren’t razor-thin. Trump beat Harris in a landslide.
"There is no point in saying good morning," Pelosi huffed. "Because it certainly is not one."
It's a great morning in America again.
Oh, hey, is Nancy mad that all her machinations just went up in smoke? //
Then listen to "Shark Tank"s "Mr Wonderful," Kevin O'Leary, as he says on Fox News, this is going to do in the influence of not only Pelosi but current Senate Majority Leader, Chuck Schumer (D-NY).
“The influences of a Schumer or a Pelosi or a movie star or an Obama deciding to anoint somebody—those guys are gone. In four years, they won't have that kind of influence,” O'Leary said: //

A confidential draft memo from Everybody Votes indicates its goal is registering voters of certain demographics to “reshape the electorate” — even bragging that its efforts would be the “single most effective tactic for ensuring Democratic victories.” So much for non-partisan! In 2016 and 2020, this 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization spent $106 million targeting specific voters and reportedly worked with the Hillary Clinton campaign on shaping its strategy.
Nonprofit voter registration groups are required to remain non-partisan under federal law, but Democrats have been exploiting this tax-exempt status for their own benefit for decades. Of course, there has been no prosecution against Everybody Votes because their financial backer is George Soros. The Democrats aren’t going to prosecute their own people. Until the corrupt Democrat machine is removed from power they will continue to illegally influence elections through their illegal, partisan voter registration drives — as evidenced in Pennsylvania.
These schemes to use low-level workers to harvest new voter registrations isn’t new. Remember ACORN — Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now? One of their famous community organizers was Barack Obama. ACORN paid workers to register voters across the nation, but criminal activity plagued the organization. Ultimately, they went out of business and at least 18 employees were convicted on election fraud charges. Those were just the ones who were caught.
Everybody Votes is this generation’s ACORN. They are being accused of massive voter registration fraud and the Harris-Biden administration is doing nothing about it. Instead, they are weaponizing the Justice Department by attacking their political opposition: Elon Musk.
As the nation enters the home stretch of this unpredictable campaign season, Christians hoping to steward their vote wisely have much to consider. One way to go beyond the click-bait headlines, short sound bites, and endless advertisements and gain deeper insight into the priorities of each party is by reviewing the party platforms.
As of this writing, it's just two days before the final votes of the 2024 election are cast, and things could not be closer. That is unless you saw the new poll conducted by Ann Selzer in Iowa, which was released on Saturday evening. According to the "gold standard" pollster, Kamala Harris is leading Donald Trump by three points in the Hawkeye State.
For context, Trump won the state by eight points in 2020 against Joe Biden, and it has become solidly red over the last decade. For Harris to be up there at all, much less by three points, is legitimately shocking. Expectedly, the news has Democrats jazzed, with some extrapolating the result nationally and suggesting a landslide is on the way for the vice president. //
To be frank, I don't think Selzer's final offering in Iowa is anywhere close to reality, and there's empirical data to support that viewpoint. For example, the poll has Harris leading with seniors by 19 points. Trump won seniors there by nine points in 2020. The idea that Trump has lost 28 points among seniors in a relatively red state just doesn't compute. //
Further, according to the poll, the top issue for people in Iowa isn't inflation or the economy. It's "democracy." Iowans supposedly also care more about abortion than the economy. //
Lastly, it's worth noting that Selzer had Trump up 14 points just a few months ago. Are we really to believe Iowa, a red state, has shifted 17 points toward the Democrat nominee? I mean, come on.
How did we end up here? Did Ann Selzer release this poll to juice Harris given her long history of being allied with figures like Hillary Clinton, Claire McCaskill, and J.B. Pritzker? I don't know, and I'm not going to go that far. It's possible she genuinely ended up with an outlier and had the guts to go ahead and release it anyway instead of massaging it like some other pollsters would have done. //

When your poll makeup is +3 Democrat in a State that is +8 Republican, you get a Garbage result such as Selzer's. Selzer's "result" is like saying Harris is leading Trump in Texas (which is R+10).
It's meant to be a "suppression poll" designed/calculated to depress Republican turnout (e.g., it's meant to produce the mindset of: What's the use in voting if Harris is up by 5 points?).
Iowa Republicans, don't let this happen!!! Get out and Vote!!!
The Atlas poll (the most accurate in 2020) has Trump up in all 7 swing States (albeit only by .2% in a couple of the Leftist dominated States).

Or the fix is in and they are only predicting what will happen as a result of that fix. Maybe not in Iowa but in Pennsylvania, NC etc…. There was an article yesterday about the seismic shift to Harris after the MSG rally. They are planting stories out in the media and they all point in the same direction. That way, after Harris wins (god help us all) they can point to those “outlier” polls as evidence of a massive shift to Harris. No such thing as coincidence. All is planned ahead of time. They will cheat by all means available. //

Iowa has no use for Kamala Harris. Gaining zero traction in 2010 in Iowa is when she make the choice to drop out before a single pimratry vote was cast or caucus was won.
She knew she would lose her home state California than so she scrambled t take her name off the California ballot to avoid that lasting humiliation.

Here's my .02 worth. Just consider EVERY SINGLE poll BS. And look at the fact that Trump has been packing venues to overflowing for his rallies, while Harris has to bus in people and is lucky to have a few thousand.
From a Red State article by Ward that had an excerpt of Brit Hume talking about how they used to predict before polls became the "end-all be-all" regarding the state of the race: "You relied on their events, how the events seemed to go, how well-organized they seemed to be. You looked at the response of the audience at these events."
And if you go by those metrics, Trump is killing it at his rallies. And I honestly think that is 100% more accurate than the polls.
If you see Trump filling venues for his rallies, while Harris is struggling to get a few thousand, yet you still believe the polls saying the race is close, maybe it's time to stop watching and listening to all the propaganda media. //

But remember in the last 'fair and free' election there were captured instances where the total vote remained constant and the percentages changed dramatically. Such things happen when you move a 'mouse' prematurely.
But never made the light of day due to 'lack of standing' which the the judicial equivalent of 'hear no evil, see no evil.'
These polls are 'pre-framing' the public for another 'fair and free' repeat.
But forget that ever did or could happen our electronic voting machines are infallible and impenetrable.

Selzer has a checkered history of accuracy. A better guide IMO is the most accurate pollster in 2020, Atlas Intel:
🔴 Arizona - Trump +6
🔴 North Carolina - Trump +3
🔴 Georgia - Trump +2
🔴 Nevada - Trump +5
🔴 Pennsylvania - Trump +2
🔴 Michigan - Trump +2
🔴 Wisconsin - Trump +1
Atlasintel #A - LV - 11/2
Or just start with the RCP polling average: Trump is up by 1.0 percent in the battleground states. RCP was off by 2.7 percent in 2020, in favor of Biden-Harris, so add 2.7 percent. And Trump is up by (roughly) 3.7 percent in the battleground states!
But since when did Democrats become pro-war? Why would they defend someone like Liz Cheney, who ostensibly represented everything they claim to despise?
The answer is simple: They only pretend to be antiwar when it suits them. If they can score a few cheap political points against their most hated political opponent, they will welcome every single bloodthirsty warmonger with open arms. //

I remember reading that, after Clinton was elected following 12 years of Reagan and Bush, one leftist looked out on some troops and said, “Those are ours now,” and realizing that they really weren’t really antiwar at all. In the same sense, leftists hated the CIA and FBI until they were in charge.
The upshot is that leftists and neocons are authoritarians, more alike than different, consolidating behind Harris and (God forbid) Walz, while the free speech, antiwar, and now MAHA Democrats and MAGA Republicans and embracing a more skeptical paleolibertarian view of government. It’s a realignment that has needed to happen for a century.
The Alliance for Hippocratic Medicine (AHM) is a medical professional organization that represents roughly 30,000 physicians, and they are trying to head Kamala Harris's radical abortion and other healthcare views off should she be elected president. In an open letter to Harris, they state that doctors at various points in their careers, are facing increasing pressure from "several major medical organizations" to perform controversial procedures like abortion, euthanasia, and gender transition that go against their religious or conscience beliefs. //
The problem, of course, is Kamala Harris' radical positions on abortion and transgender issues — the few positions she has not flipped-flopped on. During a recent NBC News interview, she was asked specifically about being in favor of any type of concessions regarding abortion, like religious exemptions. Her answer was ominous, even for those who might consider themselves pro-choice. Harris was not exactly pro-choice when it came to individual religious beliefs. She stated, “I don’t think we should be making concessions when we’re talking about a fundamental freedom to make decisions about your own body." //

I'm a Catholic physician. More to it, I'm an ETHICAL physician.
Kamala hates religious exemptions for conscientious physicians who REFUSE TO KILL.

.@KamalaHarris promises ‘freedom’ but then pledges to federally steamroll Americans into taking part in abortions against their will.
Docs must perform them, taxpayers must pay for them, for any reason, in all 50 states, no exceptions.

"...no conscience concessions should be afforded to health-care providers who object to performing abortions." - VP Harris
In other words, doctors, nurses & other medical providers should not be allowed to refuse to perform abortions because of their faith

I predict that, unlike Joe Biden in 2017, she will not show up.
BTW, has this happened before, were a failed Presidential candidate was required to certify the election victory of their opponent? If so I would like to run a comparison.

Yes it has. The year 2000. Al Gore against George Bush Jr. Gore was Clinton's VP

Although that most recently happened in 2000, 1968 is the closest analogy. Humphrey was LBJ's VP, and he bypassed the primaries to get the nomination at the convention after LBJ unexpectedly dropped out at the end of March, due to his overwhelming unpopularity caused by the Vietnam war. Humphrey wound up with the nomination by default after RFK's assassination in June (does any of this kind of rhyme with current events?).
After Humphrey lost to Nixon in November, LBJ spared Humphrey the embarrassment of having to certify his own loss on January 6, 1969, by sending him out of the country on some contrived diplomatic mission. Thus, the Constitutional duty of opening and counting the electoral votes fell to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, Richard Russell of Georgia, who was indubitably the greatest U.S. Senator of the 20th Century. Uncle Dick may have secretly enjoyed it. Although he was a lifetime [conservative, Southern] Democrat, he also had an excellent working relationship with Nixon, going back to the latter's own tenure in the Senate twenty years earlier.
Were Trump to win next week (please, Lord!), the same scenario would be repeating itself, and VP Harris would have the delightful duty of certifying her opponent's election. I think Biden will want to rub her nose in it, so he won't let her off the hook like LBJ did for Humphrey. However, even if she renigs reneges on her Constitutional duty, the certification process will still go forward, presided over by the President Pro Tempore, who I assume at that point will be Sen. Grassley of Iowa.
This current election is crazy, but I could make the case that 1968 was even crazier. Go read up on it and LMK what you think.
I've always thought Harris Faulkner was great. She has the perfect demeanor for what she does; she is brilliant and cultured. She has a pleasant speaking tone, and she seems pretty unflappable. She's a professional by any measure, ... //
Harris just wasn't having any of that. She proceeded to let Aristimuno have it right in his barely-existent logic center.
“But Jose, you know that he has denied that,” Faulkner cut in. “He has denied that over and over and by the way, if he wanted to do that he would have – he would have done it when he was president already.” //
Look, the issue here isn't necessarily abortion, on which topic Donald Trump holds what appear to be fairly moderate views - and which issue former President Trump has also repeatedly said is now, thanks to the Supreme Court, where it belongs, with elected representatives in the various state legislatures. That's the Constitution, that's federalism, that's also the 10th Amendment.
No, the real issue is this: Why do Democrats, from Kamala Harris down to the lowest-ranking intern X-poster and bloviator, keep lying about this?
Part three of an investigation into how the Harris-Walz campaign is manipulating social media sites to artificially boost their popularity, spread election disinformation, and skirt election laws. //
But one activity I found on the Discord server was particularly concerning. After years of Democrats erroneously insisting that Donald Trump had colluded with Russia to steal the 2016 election and otherwise warning of foreign election manipulation, the Harris-Walz campaign is actively recruiting foreigners to work on the campaign and is even encouraging them to donate to American political causes.
There appears to be no vetting, and given that the Harris-Walz campaign’s Discord community overtly engaged in disinformation campaigns, it was ripe for infiltration and abuse by foreign intelligence and other bad actors attempting to influence the election — although I saw no concrete proof of that. //
The Harris-Walz staff are clearly teaching foreigners how to skirt FEC regulations. This may not be illegal, but it is enticing foreign nationals to influence American elections — something that Democrats have spent years warning is a serious threat to democracy.
Whether this directly violates election laws is also beside the point for many Americans, who believe foreign nationals should not be allowed to volunteer for U.S. presidential campaigns. American elections should be for Americans, and the Harris-Walz campaign is actively inviting foreign influences into their campaign.
But the left should keep this in mind: The people who are engaging in these acts tend, broadly speaking, to see political violence as a dial, like a dial on a stovetop, where the heat can be turned up a little, down a little, as the recipe calls for. But many on the right see political violence as a toggle - with the preferred OFF position marked "peaceful discourse," and the other, less desirable, to-be-avoided ON position marked "raise the black flag and start sorting some stuff out."
And I would also remind any would-be rioters or looters of an old Alaskan saying: "The wolf's strength lies not in its fangs but in its pack."
Part two of an investigation into how the Harris-Walz campaign is manipulating social media sites to artificially boost their popularity, spread election disinformation, and skirt election laws. //
In part one of this investigation into how Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign is deceptively manipulating online platforms, it was revealed that the campaign is operating a Discord server that directs hordes of volunteers to use their social media accounts to deceptively push election propaganda.
The goal is to artificially manufacture consensus by making pro-Kamala Harris messages on social media appear more popular than they are, and it is often done in violation of the Terms of Service of the social media platforms. In more extreme cases, they are encouraging people to skirt election laws and using these “astroturfing” campaigns to spread disinformation they think will help win the upcoming election.
Yesterday’s report documented how the Harris-Walz campaign has seen great success in manipulating Reddit’s algorithm, but that isn’t the only social media site they’re manipulating. The campaign has also been targeting Elon Musk’s X, perhaps the most influential site for political news. One particular goal, according to a user of the Harris-Walz campaign Discord server, is to get campaign volunteers to swarm the site and “block [community notes] we don’t like.”
Walz's connections with the CCP have never been publicly explained. If DHS has doubts about those ties, America needs to know. America also needs to know why Kamala selected someone with deep ties to Communist China as a running mate. Mayrokas's refusal to comply with this subpoena should land him a criminal indictment if Trump wins next week. Of course, if Kamala wins, we'll find out about those ties pretty quickly. //

How to invade Taiwan without repercussions:
1) Groom a Democrat politician using honey traps during his time in China. Blackmail him as needed.
2) Get him on a major party ticket as VP nominee by using your connections within the party.
3) Corrupt the election using money, lies, and voting machine hacking so his party wins
4) Assassinate the new President using one of the tens of thousands of illegals you've infiltrated into the US
5) Profit! //
