If you wanted to build the quintessential fictional character that embodies the leftist trope of the “toxic male,” you would be hard-pressed to find a better avatar than James Bond. Find the male trait the activist set has railed against, and 007 has that tucked away inside his elitist tuxedo. //

Over the weekend, it was noticed that on Amazon Prime, they had a series of new series of promotional images for the collection of James Bond films on the platform. //

Also noticed: Every single gun originally portrayed was either airbrushed out or the image was cropped to remove the weapon from being visible

Cracker Barrel wasn’t just a company or a restaurant. It represented a slice of Americana that millions would desperately like to return to. A time where people worked with their hands, and prayed before meals, and didn’t bother locking their doors at night. The old soda signs reminded us that our money wasn’t always worthless and our country wasn’t always run by greedy bankers. We used to be a country that built things and conquered the frontier.

That’s the feeling that Cracker Barrel used to evoke, and it’s what made its customers so loyal. It’s why people would stop there for lunch during a long road trip instead of just grabbing fast food and getting back on the highway. It’s why people were happy to wait 30 minutes for a table after Sunday School and happily mill about the store until their table was ready.

And it’s that feeling and that America that the woke parasites in charge of Cracker Barrel deliberately sought to maliciously destroy. They refused to fix the actual problems and instead decided the real problem was their own customers, whom they set out to reeducate.

I hope they had their fun, because Cracker Barrel is done. They killed it, wrapped the corpse in a rainbow flag, and then made it do a little puppet show in New York City for the entertainment of all their woke little friends.

This is a story about John Two Guns White Calf, the last chief of the Blackfeet. His proud visage was immortalized on the Washington Redskins’ logo, designed by Blackie Wetzel to honor Native American strength. For decades, from 1972 to 2019, that emblem blazed across NFL fields, a tribute to “Indian Country” that stirred pride in fans and Native communities alike. //

Bringing back the Redskins name would honor John Two Guns White Calf, unite a fractured fanbase, and remind us that America’s strength lies in its traditions. Trump’s leading the charge, backed by Native voices and everyday folks who refuse to let Indians and also American history be erased. The ball’s in Harris’s court. Let’s see if he’s got the guts to do what’s right.

Democrats demonstrated their inability to connect with middle America when the DNC elected their slate of officers. It started with this tossed salad of words:

“Our rules specify that when we have a non-binary candidate or officer, the non-binary individual is counted as neither male nor female, and the remaining six offices must be gender balanced with the results of the previous four elections.”

Sure, the words are simple, but the meaning? It’s nonsense. //

In a recent interview Jake Tapper noted that the Democratic party isn’t connecting with his 15-year-old son – noting that his son plays linebacker on his high school football team. Tapper’s son isn’t an outlier. He’s likely what “middle-America” would call a “dude”. The DNC would refer to him as a cis-gendered privileged patriarchal white male. //

The 1982 movie “The Verdict” didn’t cause or motivate me to become a lawyer, but 10 seconds of dialogue stayed with me when I started litigating. The takeaway was: speak English. Plain English. //

Oh, they understand it perfectly well and the DESPISE it and as a result they are tirelessly working to destroy that message. It reveals a deep level of narcissism - selfishness - that is utterly contrary to love. This would be hatred towards everyone who is not them.

It is strongly within the national interest to help parents act on their preferences, because research shows secular schooling is the No. 1 factor causing Americans to lose their faith. People who love America cannot be neutral about that, because widespread Christianity is essential to keep what’s left of our constitutional way of life. The American Founders believed this fervently, and it is true.

The truth is, the secular indoctrination factories that judges forced all public schools to become are the prime engine of America’s decline. For one thing, the loss of faith is the entire cause of our fertility crisis, a key component of our entitlement spending crisis. Keep more Americans Christian, and entitlement programs become much better funded.

For another thing, identity politics is an anti-reason, anti-thought, anti-human, anti-God philosophy, and it controls public education today from top to bottom. So secular schooling is not just a top driver of America’s intellectual corruption — although it is that! — but also of our moral corruption.

That is the underlying cause of all of our nation’s many co-morbid existential crises, including the fact that Congress can’t cut insanely corrupt and existentially threatening spending. So it’s more important to address the underlying cause than its symptoms. Funding school choice does exactly that. //

A Free Society Requires Christian Education

In order for government not to micromanage people and thereby eventually become dictatorial and totalitarian, citizens must responsibly manage their lives. If people do not restrain and order their private lives, eventually government must do it for them. Everyone from James Madison to Alexis de Tocqueville knew and preached this. //

The top two places people learn the virtues, or the art of self-governance, are in church and at home. These two institutions do in a nuanced and non-coercive way what government does bluntly and coercively: instruct and encourage people in the art of making morally responsible choices each week, day, and hour.

That’s why there is no such thing as a free society without widespread Christianity, as even professional atheists now acknowledge after spending their lives working to destroy it. And that’s why even people who aren’t Christians should support school choice if they want to live in a free society. Obviously, Christians should also support Christian education as a moral imperative, which is why historically churches have always operated schools. //

Everyone who isn’t insane wants to live in a society where children and adults learn not to steal, kill, cheat, and self-destruct. Christianity teaches this without needing any expenditure of taxpayer funds. There are lots of other reasons, too, for a purely rational vote for school choice, including that private schooling costs taxpayers far less while returning far better results than public schooling.

An America without Christianity is not America at all. That is why cultural Marxists treat Christianity as their No. 1 enemy — because it is. And as everyone in the age of woke should be aware, controlling schooling is one of their chief national destruction strategies.

So fighting the left’s destruction of education is a radically good and necessary action. School choice is the prime means of making America competent, solvent, and faithful again, and that’s why it may be the most important budget provision Congress can pass.

Reading that sent a chill down my spine. These are people whose ancestors have been in South Africa for nearly half a millennium. They are as much South Africans as black Americans are Americans, which is to say, fully. To claim they are fleeing "transformation" while citing "justice" and "accountability for historic privilege" is terrifyingly Orwellian. Everyone knows exactly what that means, which is the continued ethnic cleansing that has been endorsed by South Africa's ruling party.

At this point, the United States should not even consider reopening diplomatic ties with South Africa (the ambassador to the U.S. was expelled in March). The Trump administration should likewise pressure Europe into speaking out or face consequences. They have sat idly by, ignoring the forcible seizure of land and extra-judicial killings committed under the guise of punishing "historic privilege" simply because it's been coming from an African government.

This isn't about acceptance, starting conversations, or expressions of diversity. None of these in-your-face "art projects" ever are, particularly when they come in statue form.

This isn't a conversation piece, it's a declaration of power. This isn't a celebration of inclusivity; it's a conqueror's flag planted in a place where they know it will get attention. If this statue had popped up in the middle of a museum or some small park somewhere, the attention it got would be minimal. Putting it in the middle of Times Square is a statement.

But this isn't a statement about how fat black women are taking over. That identity is just a mask.

The statue is representational of leftism through the thing it considers more important than anything else, and that's identity. The statue is female, obese, and black, representing three identity markers that leftists consider "protected." Fat black women are generally considered at the top of the identity food chain according to leftists, and putting a statue of one in such a prominent place isn't some passing statement. It's a declaration of ideological superiority.

Think of it this way. If the city weren't so entrenched in leftism, do you think Thomas Jefferson would have been removed? Do you think this statue would have gone up? I don't see them appearing in any official capacity in right-leaning areas. This is a reminder and overt statement that this area — this city — is occupied. //

I look at this Statue I’ve seen that stance before. It’s right before she starts throwing anything she can find at the fast food restaurant she is in at the worker across the counter because they ran out of bbq or ranch dressing.

One retired Black Hawk pilot who spoke to members of Lobach's unit claims she "was on her fifth check ride after failing four previous ones" and that "the unit has been threatened not to talk to the press about her...the unit still has very woke and DEI loving leaders there." (Note: We have not yet independently verified the claim that she was on her fifth check ride.)

Veteran Sam Shoemate asked the same question on X, and had the same takeaway (emphasis mine).

That's the question so many are asking. I don't know, and you don't know. What I do know is there is a climate in our military that is fearful of questioning decisions, or seemingly untouchable individuals, for fear of halting one's career in its tracks.

Not too long ago there was a Lieutenant running the show within her unit, because she'd befriended the commanding general of her installation on social media, and everyone in her chain of command knew she was untouchable. I spoke to her company commander, and he told me she was given a free pass to do as she pleased because of it. The chain of command was compromised because of her friendly proximity to the most senior person on her installation, and no one was willing to question that because of the overall command climate that had been created.

Regarding the possibilities and problems with defense advisory committees, I'd recommend these posts (here | here). Here's how I'd summarize them: For these boards to be useful, they need outside-the-box thinkers seeking high-impact solutions to critical problems. It needs Billy Mitchells and John Boyds. The problem is that no one in DOD wants to deal with controversial ox-goring solutions; they want more of the same, only a little better than before. By salting the committees with political adversaries of the party in power, you ensure nothing gets done.

These committees also serve as a source of leaks that damage the current administration and sabotage potential changes. Democrat members of the Defense Policy Board may have been active in trying to sandbag Hegseth.

The exception to that is the Defense Advisory Committee on Women In The Service (DACOWITS), which has single-handedly done more to destroy the US military than anything the USSR accomplished. This is a politically charged committee filled with feminist activists and deep links to powerful members of Congress. No matter how harebrained, its recommendations frequently become DOD policy because the SecDef usually finds it less painful to go along. To his credit, George W. Bush disbanded this committee only to relent and reestablish it toward the end of his presidency. //

Bureaucrats (yes, even government lawyers) work at the pleasure of the President. They don't get to set national policy. The President does. That’s how our system works.

The complaints you’re hearing from these so-called “career civil servants” boil down to one thing: they don’t like that the voters elected someone who doesn’t share their priorities. They’re not neutral. They’re political actors, upset that the political winds have shifted against them. //

The Trump administration has ordered the Internal Revenue Service to revoke Harvard University's tax-exempt status. This status allows Harvard to avoid paying income and property taxes, and donations to Harvard provide leftist billionaires with massive tax deductions for charitable contributions. //

As that action gathers steam, the Department of Homeland Security is considering withdrawing Harvard's ability to matriculate foreign students. The concern here is the number of foreign students at Harvard who seem as interested in pro-Hamas demonstrations as they are in attending classes. //

Harvard was told that it had to eradicate the DEI filters it uses in admissions to bring its processes into compliance with federal law and Supreme Court rulings. It was also told to take positive action to suppress what appears to be an official policy of antisemitism, or at least pro-terrorism, by Harvard's administration. Fair dealing and protecting Jewish students from harassment and discrimination were just a bridge too far for Harvard President Alan Garber. "The administration’s prescription goes beyond the power of the federal government," he huffed. "It violates Harvard’s First Amendment rights and exceeds the statutory limits of the government’s authority under Title VI. And it threatens our values as a private institution devoted to the pursuit, production, and dissemination of knowledge. No government—regardless of which party is in power—should dictate what private universities can teach, whom they can admit and hire, and which areas of study and inquiry they can pursue."

He's missing the point. No one is requiring Harvard to do anything differently. The government is not threatening to take control. It is simply saying that if you wish to receive government benefits, you must comply with the same rules as any other educational institution and with federal law. Harvard's obeisance to DEI, for instance, runs up against two Supreme Court precedents. In Students for Fair Admissions vs. Harvard, the Supreme Court ruled that race was an impermissible factor in college admissions; see BREAKING: Supreme Court Rejects Race-Based College Admissions – RedState. This really isn't that difficult. Harvard allows Jewish students to be harassed on the basis of their religion- which is

Explain why you would propose a business plan to increase profits and the owner would instead opt to lock the doors. The answer to that, I think, lies in what Hegseth has done since taking the reins at the Pentagon. He has swiftly removed the most problematic military leaders and replaced them with people who support his agenda. He has largely uprooted the massive DEI infrastructure transplanted into the Pentagon during the Obama years and nurtured to maturity under Biden. He has made great strides in focusing the Pentagon on fighting and winning wars. I think the team he is building will begin to repair much of the damage done to the services, particularly the Navy. His willingness to work with DOGE ensures he is making enemies in the right places. As we've noted before, Hegseth is facing a lot of pushback from the status quo in the Department of Defense, and he's not backing down. //

There is no logical reason why Pete Hegseth should resign or be fired over the Signal fiasco, but there is a very logical reason why that blunder is being used to discredit him and try to have him removed. Hegseth is an existential challenge to the left's "long march" through the military. He's taking back ground the left fought hard to gain in turning the military into a giant petrie dish for social experimentation. The team he is putting together holds the promise of being transformative. That is why Pete Hegseth has become the target.

This backtracking from legal decisions pushed by Merrick Garland's hoodlums is a continuation of a long-running battle between the Marxist left that believes everyone is a member of a racial or ethnic group and Americans who believe we rise and fall to a great extent based on our own attributes unless the government intervenes. The left believes that statistical patterns can detect systemic racism even when, in this case, men and women of all races and ethnicities passed and failed the test.

It will take decades to undo the evil done by the left and to unravel this, to quote Chief Justice John Roberts, "sordid business, this divvying us up by race." But Trump and his appointees are making a valiant effort at changing the systems and dropkicking the people who worked them.

Target’s efforts to sexualize children caused its stock price to plummet, harming Florida’s retirement fund and putting the retirements of our teachers and first responders at risk:

Here's the clever part; the Florida state attorney general says the retailer's woke marketing is hurting the state's retirement fund, by:

misleading shareholders and pushing a harmful, leftist agenda, at the expense of shareholder returns.

While Target told their investors they would keep the company out of controversy to protect the stock price, the retailer engaged in a marketing campaign targeting and sexualizing children. //

This radical campaign predictably caused Target's stock price to plummet, wiping out $10 billion in market value in just 10 days, and those loses put the retirement accounts of Florida's teachers and first responders at unacceptable risk.

The funny part is, the fearmongering aspect is definitely meant to send an emotional argument to other women, but it's also a thrilling idea for themselves.

In the same way people will go to haunted house productions you see pop up during Halloween, these women can safely flirt with danger, comfy pajama pants on and rose in hand, without ever actually being in any real danger at all. It's effectively fear-porn, and "The Handmaid's Tale" allows for a voyeuristic dread of losing their agency, but one you can pause or turn off and walk away from.

These same women will watch the show, agree with each other that they're totally under this threat, then go vote, drive a car, buy things with their own credit cards, and celebrate another day as a single, childless, career woman with girl-power.

Not that there isn't a form of very real anxiety there to fuel this kind of thinking. These women have bought into the feminist lie that happiness only comes through selfishness, and what these women really, truly fear is obligation to something other than themselves. They've been told all their lives that motherhood is slavery, that being a wife is slavery, that having to keep a home is slavery, and feminism has told them that this is what traditionalists want to bring women back to. //

But the grave hypocrisy in all of this is that many of these women still want to have the husband, the children, and the comfortable lifestyle, and they have these things without ever truly being ready to fully commit themselves to it all. They still go to work, and here's the kicker, they outsource their childcare to lower-class women, often immigrants.

And they see no irony in this. //

And here's where you can truly understand the performative nature of these protesters in red. These women watch the show then protest against a scenario that will never come here in America, then totally ignore that actual "Handmaid's Tale" happening in places where Sharia is the law of the land. For women concerned about keeping the patriarchy at bay for themselves and their sisters, they seem to have no interest in traveling into Islamic countries to don their robes and protest there?

Why? Because that actually would be dangerous. There, they very well could be snatched up, reduced to chattel, and used as breeding tools... and not even by the elite. They'd just be giving birth to more cannon fodder for terrorist organizations.

You won't even see them doing these kinds of demonstrations outside mosques here in America, because that would imply they're intolerant or racist, and nothing would horrify a leftist white woman more than being accused of that! //

It's been said before but it can never be said too often but the greatest threat to America is Affluent, White, Female, Urban Liberals. They live a life few in this world, or even in America, could dream of. They have no real problems so they have to make up "danger" in their lives so they can feel validated.

If we're lucky, they won't find anyone who will lower themselves to procreate with them and their narcissistic sanctimony will just disappear.
