On Sunday, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz released documentation indicating that Hamas had asked Iran for $500 million to complete the destruction of Israel. This request was made before the October 7th, 2023, attacks Hamas launched into Israel. //
Iran is and has been for some time the leading state sponsor of Islamic terrorism. They are, as Defense Minister Katz puts it, the head of the snake. They have the destruction of Israel as a primary role, but here in the United States, we should always bear in mind that to Iran, Israel is the "Lesser Satan," whereas we, in America, are the "Greater Satan.". //
The request wasn't for a lump sum but rather for $20 million per month for two years, which would be spent on, as Hamas phrased in the document, "to achieve these great goals, through which we will change the face of the world."
“We are confident that by the end of these two years, or during them, God willing, we will uproot this monstrous entity, and we will end this dark period in the history of our nation,” the letter reads. //

If this is true...and I have no doubt that it is...then Israel and the US need to set up reletively sophisticated measures to go after wealth amassed by the Hamas biggies. I don't pretend to know how to do that...but we have alot of pretty elite bankers who can sell freakin' ice to the Eskimos. Or sand to the Saudis. I have every confidence that we can run scam after scam to get our hands on at least part of their cash. Or encourage their comrades to get their slice of the pie...
Danny Costanzo: [unable to arrest Snake] This block is being designated a Neighborhood Watch Area. There's a guy up here named Snake. He's wearing garage-sale clothes and the top of his head looks like a parakeet. He also has FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS in small bills in a briefcase. As his neighbors, it is your responsibility to make sure there are no suspicious characters or evil perpetrators lurking in the area who would seek to do him harm. Again, FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS in small bills, tax free, in a briefcase right in this apartment. Which has a really cheeseball lock! You can bust your way in there, bop him on the head, take the money, nobody would know! So it's UP TO YOU. Thanks a lot, have a good day.

Likely $100 million for Sinwar, $100 million for Deif, $50 million among their commanders, and the rest for weapons. For the Gazans? Not a penny.
Level it, and build condos and resorts.
Send the Gazans to Somalia, Syria and who-cares-where-else.

Hamas Ministry of Health official admits NATURAL DEATHS were included in fatality lists—a claim they always denied. There have been ~8,000 natural deaths since 10/7, or 16% of all fatalities. Admission further corroborates my Jan 2025 estimate of Gaza fatalities. Analysis: 1/2

A new report now reveals that not only have top Iranian military leaders been providing support for the Houthis, but Iran's Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, is personally involved.
The jury in Mandan, North Dakota—a community that bore the brunt of the mayhem—saw through the sham. After just two days of deliberation, they delivered a verdict that didn’t just meet Energy Transfer’s $340 million damage claim but doubled down with punitive damages, totaling over $660 million. Trespass, defamation, conspiracy—the list of Greenpeace’s transgressions read like a rap sheet, and the jurors weren’t buying the group’s excuse that it was just a bit player in the mess it helped create.
Greenpeace, predictably, is crying foul, whining that this payout could bankrupt its U.S. operations. Good riddance, say many conservatives who’ve watched the group thumb its nose at law and order for years. "This is about accountability," said Trey Cox, Energy Transfer’s lead attorney from Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, outside the courthouse. "Peaceful protest is American as apple pie, but what Greenpeace did—funding destruction and smearing a company trying to keep our country running—that’s not protest, that’s sabotage." People like @theCCR love to say that their right to protest is being harmed yet they don't tell you about the damage to the environment when they leave trash and destroy private properties. //
Of course, Greenpeace is pulling out all the stops to spin this as an attack on the First Amendment. “This threatens our rights to peaceful protest,” bleated Deepa Padmanabha, a Greenpeace lawyer, as if torching equipment and delaying a vital infrastructure project qualifies as "peaceful." The irony wasn’t lost on Cox, who called the ruling a “powerful affirmation” of real free speech—speech that doesn’t come with a Molotov cocktail attached. //
As one local put it outside the courthouse, “Maybe now they’ll think twice before messing with our way of life.” Amen to that. //

Big Oil Stacked Jury implies jury tampering in the jury selection process. That sounds like a defamation/libel suit waiting to happen, unless SpleenPeace can prove the jury was rigged. Clearly, the post was intended to defame Energy Transfer. //

ProPublica reported that Greenpeace has $22M in Revenue in 2023, with total assets of $48.4M.. Greenpeace Fund Inc; Washington, DC; Tax-exempt since Jan. 1979; EIN: 95-3313195. As such, doubtful that Energy Transfer can ultimately recover compensatory damages, much less punitive damages. They will fight it to Bankruptcy, and likely would be willing to spend every dollar on a legal challenge before they give anything to Energy Transfer. I would expect that they would get some form of legal claim against them, so that they can't commit more dollars to their legal defense. Even if they go into bankruptcy, it will be a warning shot to other 501C organizations messing around with what can rightfully be considered terroristic actions. The next step may be to find if some big donor put leverage on them to do these steps, and pursue it as a conspiratorial act.

When you come to the U.S. as a visitor -- which is what a visa is, which is how this individual entered this country, on a visitor's visa -- you are here as a VISITOR. We can deny you that visa. If you tell us when you apply, "Hi, I'm trying to get into the United States on a student visa - 'I am a big supporter of Hamas,' a murderous, barbaric group that kidnaps children, that rapes teenage girls, that takes hostages, that allows them to die in captivity, that returns more bodies than live hostages - if you tell us that you are in favor of a group like this, and you tell us when you apply for your visa, "And by the way, I intend to come to your country as a student and rile up all kinds of anti-Jewish student, antisemitic activities, I intend to shut down your university.
If you told us these things when you applied for a visa, we would deny your visa. I hope we would.
And if you actually end up doing that, once you're in this country on such a visa, we will revoke it. And if you have a green card--not citizenship--as a result of that visa, while you're here and those activities? We're gonna kick you out. It's as simple as that. This is not about free speech. This is about people who don't have any right to be in the United States.
SEN. JOHN KENNEDY (R-LA): Well, Mr. Khalil will receive due process because by now his lawyer has already filed a writ of habeas corpus. Mr. Khalil was involved in the protests. He was a Columbia student under the Immigration and Naturalization Act. If you support a terrorist organization you can be deported. Hamas is a terrorist organization. Mr. Khalil's side of the story, I understand to be that I don't support Hamas, I just support Palestinians. All I did was file some -- post some Facebook posts. I wasn't involved in any of the illegal protests or the illegal occupation of student buildings or physically intimidating the Jewish people and Jewish students. We'll find out who's right.
The Immigration and Naturalization Act, though, is fairly broad. And if the administration can show acts directly and probably indirectly supporting Hamas, they'll deport him. And he should be deported, if that's what's shown in court.
TAPPER: It sounds like you think that the evidence should be presented, which is obviously the definition of habeas corpus, produce it.
KENNEDY: Yeah.
TAPPER: So, that makes a lot of sense to me as well. //

Rep. Tim Burchett: Mr. Roman, are you aware that we are sending $40 million a week to the Taliban?
Gregg Roman: Yes, sir.
TB: Can you name other instances of foreign aid going to terrorist organizations?
GR: We have assisted Al-Shabaab in Somalia, there's been instances of the Hamzi network in Sudan, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, Kata'ib Hezbollah, Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham in Syria. Dozens of terror organizations have received indirect assistance from US foreign aid.
TB: Could you elaborate a little on the mechanisms in place to stop foreign aid from going to terrorist groups and why are they not working if we have any in place? (Goes on to explain a graphic display of terrorist weapons and explosives.)
GR: Let's use Gaza as our case study. $2.1 billion in American taxpayers' money to Gaza since October 7th when Hamas invaded southern Israel. USAID money was going in terms of an emergency use authorization to try to go to parties that USAID formerly had a relationship with in the Gaza Strip. That had to have been vetted by (Office of Foreign Assets Control) OFAC, they should have been vetted against the special designated terror list from the State Department and from other Treasury organizations. Waivers were granted because they said that there was an emergency use to have that money come into Gaza, thereby jettisoning the usual, typical screening procedures. As a result, 90 percent of aid that was going from the United States by way of its agents in Gaza ended up in Hamas-controlled areas.
And as each one of these details emerges it's only drawing more attention to the network, to the documentary, and to the problems behind BBC’s stance on the war.
With all of these controversies emerging, Israel is getting involved and has called for action. All of these developments have the network completely off balance now and internal reviews are taking place. This becomes a very interesting aspect because the BBC has a history of proclaiming how much editorial rigor they possess at the network. Questions are emerging now on whether or not this documentary passed through the proper editorial channels and legal assessments seen in the past at the BBC. //
What is fairly apparent is that this is a fiasco that has been generated from the network’s longstanding position of backing for Palestine and, by extension, Hamas. The BBC has held the approach towards this conflict of not labeling Hamas as a terrorist outfit, nor willing to call its violent actions acts of terrorism. The BBC has shown to be more than willing to run with claims and outright propaganda from Hamas with little journalistic skepticism.
When the group turned over the bodies of some of the murdered hostages, the BBC was sure to include the statement from Hamas that they did everything in their power to save their lives. It has been shown the family had been murdered by their captors. Over the weekend one of BBC’s prominent voices commented (in a now-deleted post) that Hamas celebrating over the bodies of hostages and Israeli emotional reactions to getting its people back were equally nauseating displays.
On Thursday alone, the sadists celebrated like it was Mardi Gras as they handed over the bodies of two children who they apparently killed in captivity. They also returned their mother, as agreed—or did they? Turns out the twisted psychopaths had another cruel trick up their sleeves, and in fact the Israel Defense Forces say they actually turned over the corpse of an unknown person who was not an Israeli hostage at all.
Sometimes, it’s hard to believe that human beings can descend to such depths:
After the completion of the identification process by the National Institute of Forensic Medicine in collaboration with the Israel Police, IDF representatives informed the Bibas family that their loved ones, Ariel and Kfir Bibas, of blessed memory, have been identified.
According to professional assessments, based on the intelligence available to us and forensic findings from the identification process, Ariel and Kfir Bibas were brutally murdered in captivity by terrorists in November 2023.
During the identification process, it was determined that the additional body received was not that of Shiri Bibas, and no match was found with any other hostage. The body remains unidentified.
This constitutes a severe violation by the Hamas terrorist organization, which, according to the agreement, is obligated to return four murdered hostages.
We demand that Hamas return Shiri along with all our hostages.

It seems shocking that a government entity that has the word "aid" in its acronym would ever be accused of doing dirty tricks and worse against the friends and foes of the U.S., much less be defanged or shut down by Donald Trump. For the world's lefties this defanging is unthinkable. But now, we're finding out all kinds of skullduggery attributed to our color revolutionistas at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Victoria Nuland, and Samantha Power and their kindred through the years. And color revolution coups have been their specialty. See Ukraine 2014.
Need a race riot in Africa? No problem, USAID is your go-to riot planner. Want to force out a democratically elected president? Call USAID for an information onslaught guaranteed to get rid of any elected populist. Need conservatives censored? Call USAID.
But you may not have heard this one unless you follow the work of former CIA targeter and Defense Department operative Sarah Adams. See her interview on the "Shawn Ryan Show" podcast below.
She tracked the Al-Qaeda operation and operators that Jake Sullivan and Hillary Clinton denied were part the Benghazi attack and proved it was a preplanned Al-Qaeda terrorist attack.
And Adams has tracked-back the money being sent by the United States government to our enemies—the people we went to war against to settle the score for 9/11.
Catherine reports nearby that USAID dollars support Iran's proxies Hamas. If that's shocking, then you'll want to sit down for this next revelation. The U.S. State Department and USAID pay millions of dollars per week to the Taliban, the bin Laden family leading the group, and the Haqqani terror network. Remember those guys? Didn't we wage a 20-year-long war to get rid of them ...??? //
And now, as Adams reckons, we pay the Taliban and all the above parties between $40-87 million per week that is carried on a plane complete with a bag man who doles out the payoffs. //
We pay our enemies—and they're our enemies—millions per week. We share intelligence with them, and we left our other enemy, China, in the driver's seat in Afghanistan. How does this help the United States? Both the U.S. State Department and USAID and the Pentagon made that happen.
Whose side are they on? //
And even though we're paying them millions per month, Adams says Al-Qaeda terrorists who's training camps we're paying for have gone gotten visas from Brazil, come up through Panama's Darien Gap, and entered our country for Hamas-like attacks in the U.S. Thanks, Joe Biden.
I know Trump talked about negotiating with the Taliban to get out of Afghanistan when he was President #45, but considering that the USAID employees were attempting to sidestep his foreign policy priorities (and were fired for it), wouldn't it be a good idea to get a reckoning of how much we're paying these terrorists to kill us? //

The troubled, terrorist-infested United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) is preparing to close its doors after a half-century of fomenting violence rather than economic development and peace in Israel and Israeli-administered territory. The decision was not made because of some sudden wave of guilt and shame sweeping the agency after the savagery of the October 7, 2023, attacks launched on Israeli civilians but because of new Israeli laws; see Israel to UNRWA: Get Out. The laws, passed on October 28, 2024, forbid UNRWA to operate within Israel and, more importantly, forbid any Israeli official from communicating with UNRWA. //
Even though UNRWA resolutely denied all evidence of its complicity in the October 7 attacks and how its funding had been used to turn Gaza into a warren of terrorist tunnels (UNRWA Spokesman Gives Insane CNN Interview Amidst Hostage Scandal), there was a moment of high irony when Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar was killed on October 17. Both of his bodyguards were UNRWA employees; see WILD: Incredible Footage Shows Hamas Leader Yahya Sinwar Up-Close and Personal Just Before His Death.

Mosque Reportedly Attended by Bourbon Street Terrorist Puts Out Very Concerning Statement – RedState

CONFIRMED posting by the mosque reportedly attended by the NOLA terrorist, instructing members to refer all inquiries by @FBI, law enforcement and media to legal representation of CAIR.
9:37 PM · Jan 1, 2025
Several things strike me about this. For one, when over a dozen people die in an Islamic terrorist attack, I'm not sure "the safety of our community" should be the most important thing in that equation. No one has attacked this mosque (or any mosque in the United States, for that matter), nor is there any reason to believe anyone will do so. The attacker who attended it did carry out an attack, though. So why the immediate inward focus?
The entire message reads like an order of protection for anyone who may have radicalized or assisted Jabbar in some way. The push to contact CAIR is a dead giveaway. For those unaware, the Council on American-Islamic Relations is an unindicted co-conspirator and supporter of Hamas and the Muslim Brotherhood. It is a radical group that has long sought to protect Islamism at the cost of American lives. If CAIR is involved, you can bet there's probably something going on under the surface. //
Let's be honest. If this were a Christian church putting out such a statement after one of its members committed a mass casualty terrorist attack, every legacy media outlet in the country would be digging deeper. That won't happen here because the press takes a subservient approach to Islam due to its place on the intersectional hierarchy. Still, I hope there are some good reporters out there willing to poke around. //

What the statement of the Mosque didn't say:
- Condolences to the families of the individuals who were killed in the incident and we pray for the speedy and complete recovery of those who were injured.
- We do not condone violence against innocent people and condemn such actions entirely.
- We will assist authorities in finding how such evil consumed one of our flock.
Unfortunately, what they didn't say speaks volumes. //

Funny how the FBI “may never know the motive” of obvious terrorists but have no problem declaring the intentions of random groups of unarmed protestors are insurrectionists.
Even by the horrifying standards of Middle East savagery, the mass grave discovered in Syria with 100,000-plus bodies stands out for its hideousness.
Indeed, the world hasn’t seen anything like it since the days of Hitler and Stalin.
And it’s just one of several such graves, courtesy of the country’s recently ousted barbaric strongman, Bashar al-Assad.
Since 2012, Assad is suspected of torturing and killing possibly hundreds of thousands of his own citizens and foes.
It’s a testament to his depravity, following in the footsteps of his father, Hafez al-Assad, who similarly slayed dissenters with abandon.
Democrats like President Biden, Veep Kamala Harris and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez weren’t outraged by the long-running Assad death factory but by an imaginary “genocide” the Jewish state is supposedly waging against Palestinians.
No, it didn’t start with them: Who can forget President Barack Obama’s “red line,” threatening a US military response if Assad deployed chemical weapons against his enemies?
Yet when the Syrian Army fired missiles laced with sarin gas into neighborhoods controlled by the opposition, killing more than 1,400 civilians, Obama did . . . nothing.
Actually, he and then-Secretary of State John Kerry invited in Vladimir Putin — asking Russia to help “resolve” the crisis (well, end Obama’s embarrassment) by coming in and saying it had collected Syria’s chems.
