House Democrats are now trying to silence me as @FEC Chairman for raising questions about President Biden giving VP Harris all of his campaign cash. All I did was quote federal regulations.
Why are Democrats afraid of the law?

Mr. Cooksey asks, "Why are Democrats afraid of the law?" I'm not so sure it's that Democrats are afraid of the law; it's just that they view it as something they can ignore when it suits them to do so.
While there are many good reasons to vote for Donald Trump and against Kamala Harris, some reasons stand out. So, without further ado, here are ten great reasons to vote against Kamala Harris. //

"Ten Reasons to Vote Against Kamala Harris"
I have twenty relatives who all have one GREAT reason to vote for Harris. They are all dead.
It is possible to push too far and cause voters to recoil. It is not going to be enough to shout "DEI" over and over. Harris has a record, and that record must be meticulously and strategically taken apart for every American to see.

Before y’all get cocky, remember they elected Fetterman 1.0 and Basement Biden. Focus. Shitposting doesn’t turn out the vote. Shoe leather does.

Right now, I see a lot of Republicans thinking they can just meme their way to victory. That's far too online of a viewpoint. As I said earlier, I'm all for having fun, but beating Harris is going to take discipline and a well-planned political assault. In the short term, everyone should be prepared for her to start leading in some polls and a total reset of the national narrative. That's not coming from me. That's coming from Trump's own pollster. //
The last big consideration is money. Biden was being strangled by donors. That has now ended with Harris at the top of the ticket. The cash is flowing, and if it hasn't already happened, Democrats are poised to pass up Republicans soon when it comes to total resources on hand. That alone is a major game changer.
Yes, there will be an onslaught of ads, but more importantly, Democrats will now have the money needed to pay volunteers and build ground game infrastructure. Republicans can't just expect to do a few rallies in swing states and drive enough turnout any longer. It's going to take an incredibly well-organized effort to outdo Democrats on the ground. //

The Dems weakness is they have been exposed as incompetent liars. It's hard to come back from that.
If Trump can paint Kamala as an incompetent liar who really is over her head, the base instinct for the mass of voters will be for a strong leader because they feel unsafe and insecure about their survival economically and physically.
Kamala will call Trump a criminal, a woman abuser, a fraudster, and a "dictator on day one" who worships Project 2025.
The problem is none of that is true and all but the most BlueAnon dorks know life was better 4 years ago and crime was lower, too.
Kitchen table issues and safety on the streets and in the home trumps woke bullshit and debunked Dem propaganda.
What is Kamala gonna say about Trump that the voters haven't heard and factored in already to the current polling?
Kamala inherits stale and tired talking points and her record is atrocious.
https://thehill.com/opinion/4784733-biden-withdraws-democratic-party-nominee/
After weeks of Democrats and the media raising the alarm of his mental capacity, Biden finally gave up his public refusal to step aside. Harris will now be the nominee through succession by defenestration, or being tossed from a window. Yet, there remains a lingering question of Biden’s capacity to serve for another six months as president.
President Joe Biden’s decision to withdraw as the Democratic Party’s nominee solved an immediate problem for his party. Biden has plummeted in the polls as the vast majority of voters concluded that he is too diminished by age to serve another term.
Yet, it has now created several new problems, including the obvious problem of a president who is viewed as incapable of running for an office that he continues to hold. //
Millions voted for [Biden], and tens of millions of dollars were contributed to his campaign. He is now withdrawing weeks before accepting the nomination. That unprecedented decision alone would warrant a House investigation into Biden’s continuing capacity to serve in an office that he no longer believes he can run to occupy after January 2025.
Before this decision, a special counsel cited President Biden’s diminished faculties as a reason not to indict him for unlawfully retaining and handling classified material. Now, the president is effectively saying that, in addition to being allegedly too diminished to be prosecuted, he is too diminished to run for the office that he currently holds.
The question is whether Biden has ended the fight to retain his nomination only to trigger a fight to retain his office.
It's an issue that even has Democrat strategist James Carville growing hair just to pull it out.
“I’ve been very vocal about this,” Carville said on his podcast. “It’s horrifying, our numbers among younger voters, particularly younger blacks and younger Latinos and whatever, younger people of color. Particularly males. We’re not shedding them, they’re leaving in droves.” //
But none of them seem to be able to figure out that the messaging towards men has been anti-male. The Democrats either won't or can't push away from their gyno-centrism. Not that they care about women all that much, either. You can see how much they stand up for women by how much they abandon them whenever a man claiming to be a woman demands he get all the privileges and accolades a woman should get, but I digress.
The Democrats have really lost it if they think the male youth will come crawling back because their new candidate is a woman. If they believe this will turn the tide, then they haven't been paying attention.
Democrats’ success in removing Biden from the ballot should serve as a wake-up call to normie America about the security of our elections.
If you need further proof that Democrats will go to extreme lengths to rig elections in their favor, look no further than the silent coup that occurred Sunday, when it was announced that Joe Biden would not seek reelection this November.

It's because their entire philosophy is incapable of improving the lot of humanity. They build nothing. Like locusts, they come into fields that others labored to produce, eat to their heart's content, and leave devastation in their wake. They create equality in the worst way, but tearing down success to ensure that everyone is equally miserable.
They're demons in human form, doing the devil's work wherever they cast their eye.
It was one of the most epic political takedowns you’ll ever see, and it occurred during the August 2019 Democrat presidential debate. Then-Senator for California Kamala Harris, whose campaign had started out with such hope and fanfare, basically saw her effort die after one exchange with Tulsi Gabbard, the Army Reserve officer and former representative for Hawaii.
Gabbard brought the fight to Harris, saying her record as a prosecutor was deeply problematic.
She blocked evidence – she blocked evidence that would have freed an innocent man from death row until the courts forced her to do so. She kept people in prison beyond their sentences to use them as cheap labor for the state of California.
The tongue-lashing clearly shocked Kamala (watch her face), and in essence, she never recovered. As our sister site Twitchy reported Sunday, Gabbard has come back to haunt Harris once again now that Joe Biden has called it quits on his reelection campaign.
The vice president is the maidservant to Hillary Clinton, Gabbard warned:
Trump should refuse to debate Harris and label her as an illegitimately selected candidate who was put into the race by unelected party oligarchs. //
At this point, the spotlight needs to be focused on the Democrat decision to replace Biden, the hypocrisy of him staying in office, and treating Harris as an usurper in the field who has no right to be taken seriously.
On Sunday, using his personal X account, President Joe Biden released a letter to the American people in which he announced his withdrawal from his 2024 reelection bid. //

If he is not fit to run for reelection, how is he fit to run the country till January 20, 2025? The party that is screaming the most about “threat to democracy” has already ENDED our democracy because unelected people are running the country, not Joe Biden.
As I write, the information in the public domain regarding the perpetrator is still sparse. The shooter, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, was killed shortly after firing his lethal shots. The public is therefore left to speculate about his motives.
However, what we do not need to speculate about is the climate created and cultivated by Donald Trump’s political enemies. America is polarized, toxic, and politically close to a breaking point in part because the country’s liberal political, cultural, and media elite never accepted Trump’s legitimacy as the country’s president. //
For years they have proclaimed Trump to be a danger to democracy and demonized his voters as witting or unwitting fascists. The May 16 edition of the once-revered New Republic depicted Trump as Hitler on its front cover.
“We chose the cover image, based on a well-known 1932 Hitler campaign poster,” wrote editor Michael Tomasky, “for a precise reason: that anyone transported back to 1932 Germany could very, very easily have explained away Herr Hitler’s excesses and been persuaded that his critics were going overboard. … But he and his people vowed all along that they would use the tools of democracy to destroy it.” Trump, argued Tomasky, was “damn close enough” to being an American Hitler, “and we’d better fight.”
The argument that Trump posed a Hitler-level threat to American democracy can be traced back to the first outbreak of Trump Derangement Syndrome among left-leaning journalists in 2016. What made the argument so malignant was that it justified using all means possible to disrupt Trump’s presidency and to prevent his re-election. //
The Democratic Party is in a mess today because they failed to do what a losing party in a major democracy is supposed to after it loses an election: conduct a thorough autopsy and get to the bottom of all the factors that lead to its defeat. That is supposed to be the main point of the years in opposition—to figure out what went wrong and come back equipped with insight, resources, and policy proposals to attract the voters.
Instead, after 2016, the Democrats invested their money, time, energy, and media ties into an effort to trash Trump’s presidency and thwart his bid for a second term. It seemed to work. They won the 2020 election.
But after 2020 the Democrats did not settle down to govern and bring a divided nation together. Under the stewardship of an elderly and superficially moderate president, they continued to wage rhetorical and legal jihad against former president Trump.

Montage of democrats calling for violence and unrest.
Never forget.

Mehlhorn went on to characterize the attack as “a classic Putin play,” and claimed that this theory is “more plausible” than the notion that a deranged individual actually tried to murder Trump.
But wait, it gets even more bizarre. Mehlhorn then expresses outrage that major media outlets and influencers are not peddling this narrative. “I skimmed a few headlines just now. NOT ONE NEWSPAPER OR OPINION LEADER IN AMERICA IS WILLING TO OPENLY CONSIDER THE POSSIBILITY THAT TRUMP ANND PUTIN STAGED THIS ON PURPOSE,” he wrote: //
The other possibility – which feels horrific and alien and absurd in America, but is quite common globally – is that this “shooting” was encouraged and maybe even staged so Trump could get the photos and benefit from the backlash. //
I don’t believe for a second that folks like Mehlhorn actually believe that Saturday’s shooting was somehow staged. The entire theory makes no sense.
One person actually died in the attack. Two others were wounded. Moreover, the shooter missed his mark, only grazing Trump’s ear. Anyone who believes that some 20-year-old could pull that off on purpose has been watching far too many movies.
At this point, it makes no sense to pretend the assassination attempt was a false flag – and folks on the left know it. They are entertaining this fantasy for two reasons: They don’t want to admit there are people in their camp that could carry out such an act and they know the failed attempt to murder Trump will only help his campaign. These people are motivated purely by politics.
The Republican-controlled House voted 221-198 Wednesday to require proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections.
The Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act, or SAVE Act, would amend the 1993 National Voter Registration Act, known as the “motor voter law,” to require that states obtain documentary proof of U.S. citizenship from someone before he or she may register to vote.
Five Democrats voted for the legislation, but 198 Democrats voted against it.
President Joe Biden opposes the legislation and it’s not likely to pass the Democrat-controlled Senate, where Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, sponsored a companion bill.
“Over the past four years, Joe Biden has welcomed millions upon millions of illegals into the country knowing that noncitizens only have to check a box to vote in a federal election,” House Speaker Mike Johnson said in a public statement. “We have long known this was an intentional effort to turn them into voters, and now the American people know where every member of Congress stands on this critically important issue.”
To be clear, assassinating your political opponent, or destroying the Supreme Court through EO or violence, is not a part of a President's enumerated powers. Biden can't just go offing people he doesn't like or that are inconvenient to him under this SCOTUS ruling, and it's stupid to think so...but look at who we're talking about here.
But the point I want to make here is that the Democrats have been harping on about how the villain Trump would utilize the military to take over the country and enact absolute rule, banning abortions, murdering LGBT peoples, and terminating the rights of anyone who isn't white and male.
Yet these same people have turned around to seal clap over the idea of Biden utilizing the military to become a supreme dictator and murdering people the left doesn't like, securing his power in office, and God knows what else.
Don't also let it get past you that if given the chance, these people will actively and openly call for violence against you and celebrate it happening. The same party that calls for tolerance and acceptance. The same party that believes it's the adults in the room.
These people are as hypocritical as they are idiotic, and proof that the Democrat Party has become a radicalized mess.
Lara Trump added a key point about Democrats potentially swapping out Biden for someone more vibrant:
If they decide right here in the 11th hour to plug somebody else in, and it’s not Kamala Harris, I can’t think of a bigger assault to our democratic process than doing just that.
Modern left-wing activism in the United States has roots in the Soviet Union's 1960s strategy to undermine Western culture. By promoting divisive ideologies and fostering internal dissent, the Soviets aimed to weaken the societal fabric from within, creating a legacy that continues to influence today’s political landscape.
Over the decades, these tactics evolved and merged with neo-communist strategies for infiltration. This resulted in a robust network of activist groups and organizations at both local and national levels. Initially designed to destabilize Western norms, these groups adapted to the changing political landscape, maintaining their relevance and influence. //
The foundation of left-wing activism in the United States can be traced back to a deliberate strategy orchestrated by the Soviet Union in the 1960s. This plan was aimed at undermining Western culture and destabilizing American society by promoting divisive ideologies and fostering internal dissent. The Soviets knew that to weaken the Western world, they needed to create discord from within, leading to a systematic effort to infiltrate various aspects of American life.
After the end of the Cold War, many leftists aligned with the Communist Party of the Soviet Union shifted their focus to the "green" movement. This shift was marked by Gorbachev's founding of the Green Cross, proving that the "green" movement was always a communist front.
The Soviet strategy aimed not only to spread communism but also to create a lasting legacy that would continue to influence and disrupt Western culture. By embedding operatives and sympathizers within influential institutions, the Soviets set the stage for long-term subversion. This approach, often referred to as the "Long March Through the Institutions," involved systematically infiltrating and gaining control of key societal structures, such as education, media, and non-profit organizations.

CNN’s Donie O’Sullivan explores why many MAGA Republicans are claiming that America is a republic, not a democracy.
9:34 PM · Jun 13, 2024 //
Applebaum even tried to claim there wasn't much difference between the terms "republic" and "democracy."
The Founders specifically rejected a pure democracy or direct democracy because they were concerned about mob rule. They wanted to protect individual liberties and minorities, they wanted a rule of law that would endure and protect those rights. Hence, while we can be called a representative democracy because the people elect their representatives -- it is more accurate and specific to say a Constitutional Republic. That difference is very significant because while in a pure democracy, mob rule could take away your rights, in a Constitutional Republic, you have checks from the courts who will uphold the rule of law and protect individual liberties.
Indeed, if we just had a pure democracy, politicians would only ever reach out to the most populous states and urban areas and completely ignore the smaller states in order to win elections because that's all they would need to do to hold control. But with things like the Electoral College, we ensure some greater balance. Those are just a couple of reasons why what we have is far superior to a pure democracy. //
Applebaum even tried to claim there wasn't much difference between the terms "republic" and "democracy." //
Here's what it says in the Constitution.
Article IV, Section 4: The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.
Here's a good Prager University breakdown of the basic difference. https://youtu.be/wbsfpeMELGE //
The better question is, why do Democrats seem to want to deem America a democracy and downplay or ignore the "Constitutional Republic" that we are? Are they just ignorant, or do they not know the difference? Or is there some more problematic movement going on here? //
If Democrats succeed in getting rid of the Electoral College, they can completely skip Middle America and pitch to their base in New York and California. They can ignore those people Hillary termed "a basket deplorables," and Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) tried to term an "immoral majority." Then so much for the interests of the other, smaller states.
But if kids are not taught the nature of our government, they will not know that we have these protections like the Electoral College or what they are about. They will be more easily bamboozled and untethered and more easily seduced into apostasies like Communism instead of celebrating the rule of law, which is what makes our nation special.
If they just hear "democracy," they won't understand we are so much more than that. Democrats appear to want to make us much less. //
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the REPUBLIC for which it stands. ... //

If the FBI/DOJ/CIA/CP/DNC/HHS/ATF/CBS/ABC/CNN had so many "informants" and special agents embedded in all these organizations around the country and onsite in DC, why were they so woefully unprepared for a peaceful event to turn into a mostly peaceful riot?
Who unlocked the capitol doors?
Who refused National Guard assistance?
Who ordered Capitol Police to fire on the crowd with rubber bullets or whatever?
Who planted the bombs at the DNC and RNC?
Who has been charged with insurrection and been convicted of same?
Why are J6'rs still being held without a trial?
