In July of 2024, the Biden/Buttigieg FAA moved control of the New York/Newark airspace from New York, also known as N90, to Philadelphia Tower, or the Philadelphia TRACON [Terminal Radar Approach Control Facility].
As part of the move, the STARS [Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System] system that processes radar data for Newark remained based in New York City. They didn't move it from New York down to Philly, where the controllers would be. Redundant and diverse telecommunications lines feed this data from New York to Philadelphia TRACON, where controllers handle New York arrivals and departures.
The Biden/Buttigieg bungled this move without properly hardening the telecom lines feeding the data, which was already well known to be error-prone. Without addressing the underlying infrastructure, they added more risk to the system. In fact, there were issues in October and November under Biden and Buttigieg that would have highlighted to the prior Administration that the underlying hardware would continue to cause problems. //
The incidents on April 28th and May 9th resulted in very brief outages that impacted the STARS radar data displays going down. The most serious of these outages lasted approximately 30 seconds. This includes the STARS radar data displays going down, again, for 30 seconds. The STARS displays took approximately 60 seconds, then, to reboot and come back online.
So there's been some discrepancy, 30 seconds versus 90 seconds.
The outage was 30 seconds, but then the displays took another minute to boot. That's where you get 30 and 90 seconds, but the telecom was out for 30 seconds.
The outage also interrupted the phone line and radio frequencies for a very short period. This is how controllers talk to pilots....These frequencies returned almost immediately, which is why you heard pilots actually telling airplanes that they couldn't see them with the radar. //
On Friday night [May 8] the FAA implemented a software update to prevent future outages. The software patch was successful, and our redundant lines are now both working. We know this because on Sunday there was an outage -- you all reported on that -- and the outage was -- the main line went down, but the redundant line did stand up, meaning our patch, our fix worked.
Now...the controllers who had seen this the prior two times, when they saw the main line go down, they were concerned. Even though they could see airplanes and talk to airplanes, out of an abundance of caution they actually shut down the airspace for 45 minutes, but we still had our scopes and our telecom functioning on Sunday morning.
This latest revelation revolves around something that happened in Tennessee, though. As Redstate reported, Abrego-Garcia was pulled over in the state on suspicion of human trafficking in 2022. Highway patrol officers found eight other people in the car, which was registered to a convicted human smuggler. They also found $1400 in cash, which was suspected to be payment for the run. The then-Biden-led ICE never showed up to detain Abrego-Garcia on what would have presumably been federal charges, and he was released.
Now, the convicted human smuggler has not only been revealed, but he's cooperating with the Trump administration's Department of Justice. As part of a "limited immunity" deal, Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes has confirmed that he did hire Abrego-Garcia to traffic illegal immigrants.

🚨This is NUTS: Secretary Rubio just announced that he found DOZENS of files kept by Joe Biden's State Department that classified American citizens as "vectors of disinformation" — with the intention of censoring them.
That's not all.
Marco Rubio says that there's someone in President Trump's cabinet meeting RIGHT NOW that was being monitored.
"There's at least one person at THIS TABLE TODAY who had a dossier in that building..."
Joe Biden's administration was corrupt ALL THE WAY THROUGH!
1:21 PM · Apr 30, 2025. //
Well, we are going to turn over these dossiers to the individuals and they'll decide whether they want to disclose it or not.
But just think about, the Department of State of the United States had set up an office to monitor the social media posts and commentary of American citizens to identify them as "vectors of disinformation."
When we know that the best way to combat disinformation is freedom of speech and transparency, and so that's what we're going to be in the business of doing—we're not going to have an office that does that.
The media and the Democrats whine on about Trump being a dictator, a Hitler devotee, and a fascist. In reality, it was Joe Biden who showed much more of an authoritarian streak, and his use of the federal government to go after his perceived enemies was deeply sinister. He used the Department of Justice and its henchmen to go after Donald Trump and used the Department of State and other agencies to spy on and censor the people.
Chris Wright: Absolutely. We are refilling the Reserve now and we will continue to refill the Reserve the whole time I'm in office. You know, that was just such an irreponsible action to drain that reserve so quickly for electoral reasons, and in fact it was drained so fast, it did some damage to the facilities. So right now we can only fill two of the four major salt caverns that we have. So, we're doing repair work on the other two, we're slowly filling the other two, and I'm trying to get some funds through Congress that will give us a longer strategic runway to fill the Strategic Petroleum Reserve at the fastest rate we can.
The Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) is the world's largest stored supply of crude oil, with a capacity of 714 million barrels, and is intended to serve as a reserve stock (hence the name) in the event of a national emergency. The petroleum is stored in four massive salt caverns along the Gulf of America, and as Secretary Wright pointed out, two of these are not only drained but also damaged by the withdrawal. //
C-K anon-y65w

The walls of the salt caverns are under tremendous pressure while holding all that oil. The pressure must be released in a controlled manner to avoid damage. The equipment on one cavern was down for maintenance when Biden ordered the release to prop up his poll numbers. The other caverns were drained too quickly to meet a political timeline resulting in damage to two of the caverns. //

''Crashing the system''...that was and remains the Left's intention so they can raise their soc-com system up from the ashes to take control for good.
But to crash it means also remove ALL safety nets while continuing to overburden all systems including the safety net programs. Draining the SPR had a dual purpose, both short term gain [though miniscule] and contributed to fulfillment of longer term agenda. The left behind Biden the Face, the autopen potus, both strangled oil and nat gas and coal production while also depleting any stored capacity and overregulating to strangulation any access to more...except what was bought from enemies to finance endless wars.
"The thing [Trump] was determined to do was to talk to Zelensky face to face, and talk about how we're going to get the largest land war in Europe to an end. Both sides have to want that," Waltz said. //
Waltz also elaborated on one of the administration's biggest frustrations while untangling the Russia-Ukraine mess--the truly disastrous and inept way the Biden national security team went about it:
If you go back--we're 100 days in...just 100 days ago, Biden and his team had no end in sight. This was an endless war. This was a meat-grinder of men and material and national treasure...He had never defined victory.

🧵🧵This thread shows how $4 Trillion in Federal Funds Were Funneled Through Leftist NGOs to Enrich Activists, Mobilize Voters, and Power Anti-Trump Protests—With Receipts
This is maybe the most important thread I have ever done. It explains how the two biggest pieces of legislation from the Biden administration filled the coffers of all of these activist groups that have been engaging in the Trump 2.0 resistance. From GOTV efforts, to Anti-Tesla protests to the legal battles against Trump.
The Center for American Progress (CAP), founded by Clinton ally John Podesta, is more than a think tank—it’s the strategic command center for the modern Left. Under Biden, CAP helped orchestrate the biggest activist cash grab in U.S. history: $4 TRILLION.

President Joe Biden brought at least 8 million illegal immigrants into the United States through an assortment of semi-legal programs.
Now, President Donald Trump is seeking to do the will of the American people by deporting them, but the Democrats’ tooth-and-nail legal fight against him shows that keeping them in the country forever was always their plan. //
If the full array of amnesty hearings and appeals were to be given to all the millions of illegal immigrants Biden ushered in, it would take not decades but centuries to clear the backlog of cases.
Biden’s aides knew this when they opened the floodgates, and they knew it when they brought suit against Texas for securing its part of the US-Mexico border.
They knew this when they abolished “Remain in Mexico” and told millions of people to simply hang out until their court dates came up — or until the administration did away with their court dates altogether, leaving them as de facto permanent residents.
Polling shows that mass deportation is what the voters want. They propelled Trump into office to fulfill this promise, just as they did in 2016 before the Democrats made the border a mess again. //
The party’s plan is now laid bare: Bring in millions of people, let them work illegally, increase blue-state congressional power, draw on state and federal benefits, and expand government reach — all to prop up the lifestyle of the laptop class.
Meanwhile, keep the American working class hooked on cheap imported goods, fighting with undocumented workers for housing, health care, and jobs.
They’ve said it outright and repeatedly — proof that the “humanitarian concerns” they profess for illegal immigrants are hollow. //
Democrats took advantage of America’s legal system. Republicans must use every tool to right their wrongs.
Thousands of complicated legal cases go on every day, and many are resolved in ways that are deeply unsatisfying because complicated legal cases are rarely as cut and dried as they appear on TV. When you get into high-stakes, politically charged cases, they never are perfect.
This one, in an immigration case, should be a slam dunk.
To me, the interesting thing about this case is not how it is resolved--after all, if Garcia somehow is sprung from prison in El Salvador he is still deportable and will just wind up somewhere else. He will never return home as a "Maryland man" because he is an illegal alien who is set to be deported by court order. //
Still, in a world where Nigerian Christians are being massacred by the thousands, hundreds of thousands of Americans are overdosing on fentanyl, children are being raped and murdered by illegal immigrants, and politicians are forcing women and girls to undress in front of men, the entire liberal establishment is in a tizzy over this one ever so barely ambiguous case. //
Why are they fighting so hard on this likely losing issue? Whatever they say, it isn't about what they claim. There are between 20-30 million illegal immigrants in the United States--Joe Biden let in over 10 million through illegal means--and Americans want them gone. Democrats do not. //
Winning Garcia's case is so important because they want to establish that every single deportation case should go to a trial, basically, where the standard is "beyond a reasonable doubt." He appears to be an MS 13 gang member? Prove it in court! He is accused of beating his wife? Well, she never pressed charges!
As if these are the standards for deporting an illegal alien with a deportation order. //
Not only is that not the legal standard, but as a practical matter, they are demanding that once an illegal alien sets foot in the United States, they get what amounts to a trial before they get deported. That is, logistically, impossible. 30 million trials? Not going to happen. It is logistically impossible for it to happen. Nobody wants it to happen, not even Democrats.
What they want is as few deportations as humanly possible, so demanding an impossible standard is about stopping deportations. //
The passion isn't about justice. This case is just another tool to use to get ignorant people riled up against deportations. //
This is about thwarting Trump's policies, not due process or anything else.
Consider that Joe Biden allowed approximately 20 million illegal aliens into our country. This placed extraordinary burdens on our country--our schools, hospitals, housing, and other essential services were overwhelmed. On top of that, many of these illegal aliens committed violent crimes, or facilitated fentanyl and sex trafficking. That is the situation we inherited.
There's a reason they did that, of course, and a lot of it has to do with the census and the apportionment of House districts. Don't think it's about compassion or anything like that; illegal aliens living in a city are counted by the census just as are citizens, which is patently ridiculous, but that's the hand we are dealt - for the moment - and that's why Democrats are so determined to bring these people in and keep them here. No matter who they are.
When the media and the far left obsess over an MS-13 gang member and demand that he be returned to the United States for a third deportation hearing, what they're really saying is they want the vast majority of illegal aliens to stay here permanently. //
Here's a useful test: ask the people weeping over the lack of due process what precisely they propose for dealing with Biden's millions and millions of illegals. And with reasonable resource and administrative judge constraints, does their solution allow us to deport at least a few million people per year?
If the answer is no, they've given their game away. They don't want border security. They don't want us to deport the people who've come into our country illegally. They want to accomplish through fake legal process what they failed to accomplish politically:
The ratification of Biden's illegal migrant invasion. //

The same people who’d audit your grandmother for a $600 Venmo want MS-13 protected like endangered species. Trump was elected to stop this madness, not manage it politely."
AMEN.
Defense was neglected.
After the October 7 attack on Israel, defensive equipment was rushed to US installations in Iraq and Jordan. Tower 22 was "assumed" to be at a lower risk than other bases and got nothing.
No drone defenses available.
CENTCOM had requested anti-drone defense systems based on its risk analysis, but the entire US Army only had one, count them, one, system available, and it was reserved for redeployment training. Why you'd bother to use training time to gain familiarity with a system you will never see again is an unanswered question. Needless to say, nothing is too good for the troops, and that is exactly what they get. The base had one electronic warfare system designed to counter drones, but it was not used. //
Tower 22's radar was not optimized for the most likely threat. Frequently, operators could not distinguish birds from drones. A better radar system had been requested and denied. //
A fish rots from the head down. From what we know of the report, everyone seemed to think that the danger facing the troops at Tower 22 was manageable. Tower 22 did not have defensive anti-aircraft systems, though a suitable anti-aircraft system was available. The laissez-faire attitude toward security obviously perked down to the command and operations staff at Tower 22. They seem to have assumed away the possibility of an attack because none had taken place previously.
Given the leadership in the White House and the Pentagon, none of this should be a shock. It was virtually preordained that the same brainiacs who gave us Abbey Gate would go for an encore.
The report you're about to read would normally be unbelievable.
A U.S. president's administration holding private talks with Communist Chinese officials about the administration's concerns over the potential impact on this country's relationship with China if the origin of a Chinese spy balloon and its intent were disclosed to the American public — all of which occurred before the public was notified about the spy balloon. //
U.S. officials identified the spy balloon infiltrating U.S. airspace on Jan. 28, 2023, and an Air Force fighter jet shot down the Chinese spy balloon off the coast of South Carolina Feb. 4, 2023, two days after the Pentagon issued a statement on the matter.
Biden officials held discussions with Beijing Feb. 1, 2023, about the balloon, and discussed the impact disclosing the balloon to the public could have on the relationship with China, internal State Department documents show, two Trump administration officials told Fox News Digital. //

I don't think they were going to tell us,.. until that woman in Montana took a video of it and put on the internet...then they had to...
Gracias laid out the whole thing, saying:
"So now you’re in the country with some quasi-legal status, you’re waiting for your court date, while you’re waiting for your court date — six years is the average by the way, it could be longer than that — you can fill out an asylum application, so without an interview, just an application … once that application is in, you can file another form, a 765 [form] to get work authorization, once you get that, you get a 766 which is the authorization and we automatically send you a Social Security card in the mail. No interview, that is the majority of the growth you see in these numbers. //
Adding to this grift is the fact that no identification verification process was in place, and roughly one-quarter of the illegal immigrants who were reviewed by DOGE were never fingerprinted by the Border Patrol. The result: around 1.3 million illegal immigrants now receive Medicaid paid for by you, the taxpayer, and voilà, as an illegal immigrant, you will be grateful enough to keep voting Democrat in perpetuity. //
It gets better. Even though several states, including Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Virginia, and Ohio, purged thousands of non-citizens from their voting rolls before the election, some had, in fact, voted. Gracias stated:
We looked at voter rolls and we found that thousands are registered to vote in friendly states. And we looked even further in those friendly states and found that many of those people had actually voted. It was shocking to us. If I hadn’t seen this with my own eyes, I wouldn’t believe it … it is shockingly bad.
Included on those voter rolls were criminals and those who had names that matched ones on the federal Terror Watch List. But for Democrats, criminals, and terrorists voting is just collateral damage as long as they vote Democrat. //

BREAKING:
This makes me physically ILL.
This also why the left is losing it over Elon Musk auditing their grift.
Aaron Heitke, the U.S. Border Chief with experience spanning five administrations, has unequivocally confirmed that the Biden-Harris administration directed him to suppress, hide, and alter data related to the border crisis.
He claims he was instructed to intentionally reduce detention capacity across the country while simultaneously issuing new Social Security numbers to undocumented immigrants.
According to Heitke, this enabled them to access full Social Security benefits and Medicaid, facilitated their voter registration, and ultimately PERMITTED them to CAST VOTES in U.S. ELECTIONS.
And there it is.

Everyone should read this link and understand the implications.
We have $29 trillion in debt held by the "public."
33% of that debt, or $9 trillion, will mature in the next 12 months. That means we will need to sell new bonds to raise the money to pay off that $9 trillion to the holders of the bonds that will mature.
Five years ago, the AVERAGE interest rate across all of the national debt was 2.32%. That meant the mix of T-Bills (2-12 months) to bonds (up to 30 years) could be averaged out to 2.32%.
Today, because of the borrowing during the Biden Admin post COVID using mostly 3 and 5 year bonds, the average interest rate across all the debt is now 3.35%
That 1.03% increase is actually a nearly 50% increase in borrowing costs across the entirety of the debt.
That's why interest on the national debt this year exceeds the Pentagon budget.
What Pres. Trump is doing by design is to drive down interest rates so that when we have to sell $9 trillion in new bonds over the next 12 months, the interest rates on the new bonds will be less than the interest rates on the bonds sold that were sold by the Biden Admin to fund the nonsense crapola that DOGE has been exposing.

In a normal year, Treasury issuance is roughly 20% short-term and 80% long-term. But in recent years, it's flipped — around 80% is now short-term. That’s why markets have become hypersensitive to quarterly refunding...

I've said this for months. Yellen and President Ron Klain deliberately rolled debt into short term notes.
Anyone who looks at bond market sees the play.
A former top advisor to Vice President Kamala Harris' failed presidential campaign was shocked when Harris told "The View" that she wouldn't have done anything different from President Biden, according to a new book by reporters Jonathan Allen and Amie Parnes.
With roughly one month to go until the November election, Harris famously told the liberal hosts that nothing "comes to mind" after they asked her to name something she would've done differently than Biden over the past four years.
Harris senior campaign advisor Stephanie Cutter was floored at Harris’ response, according to Allen and Parnes' new book released this month entitled, "FIGHT: Inside the Wildest Battle for the White House."
"What the hell was that?" Cutter recalled thinking to herself. "That’s not what we practiced.". //
That was all the ammunition the Trump team needed, and they wasted no time in brutally (but fairly) using it to their advantage. Epic: //

There are plenty of details throughout that indicate the procedures predate the current administration. An email from an employee complaining about these flights was delivered last year. The company they worked for - GlobalX - made reference to these ICE flights and what the employees do on them during an earnings phone report in 2023. In another section a quote from an ICE official regarding some of their protocols is from 2021. There is in reference to the controversial use of a particular restraint during flights, seen in a DHS report – that is from 2024, regarding the use in the previous year. //
Yet despite the timing of these interviews ProPublica never managed to issue this report until now? Even if there is some form of explanation made regarding the timing of publication, how do you speak to these employees in 2024 regarding what they experienced on flights that year and those prior and never managed to reference these were practices and policies made during the Biden administration?
This entire presentation is about using prior examples to demean what is taking place under the new leadership. Nowhere in this report is there a cited detail about what the current ICE flights are engaged in. It is a sham that all the objectionable actions are offloaded onto the current administration. //

So, once again the Democrats want to blame a Republican President for something a Democrat President did.
Yawn
How tiresomely predictable.
Once non-citizens living in the United States have a SSN, opportunities to commit fraud become clear.
Illegal crossings at the U.S.-Mexico border dropped once again in March, plummeting to a historic low, with Border Patrol encountering just over 7,000 for the entirety of March.
Border Czar Tom Homan praised Trump's leadership for achieving a stunning drop in illegal border crossings in a post on X.
“President Trump’s leadership continues to break records! Border Patrol encounters for the month of March were just 7,181 total,” Homan wrote, emphasizing the historic significance of the figures. “I started as a Border Patrol Agent in 1984, which was 41 years ago. I cannot recall a single month since then that the numbers have been that low.”
These numbers represent a sharp contrast to what the country experienced under the Biden administration.
“It’s a far cry from the more than 11,000 [encounters] a day that we saw for a time period under Biden,” Homan noted. //
“The men and women of the Border Patrol have proven what they can accomplish when they are allowed to do their job and complete the mission of their agency,” he said.
There's a guy by the name of Antonio Gracias, who, as founder and managing partner at Valor Equity Partners, has proven to be a pretty smart fellow in his own right. As a patriotic American, he was willing to work with Elon at DOGE.
And how lucky are we?
Because what Gracias revealed he and the DOGE team found at Social Security 'by accident' after, as he said...
'There are a lot of good people in the system who pointed us in this direction and I want to honor them right now. That work in the government today. Who took risks to show us these numbers and tell us this was going on.'
...is gobsmacking.
What is the 'this' he's referring to that they found?
That the Biden administration in 2024 - one year - gave 2.1 MILLION NON-CITIZENS social security numbers.
There's only one reason to do that. //
The defaults in the system from social security to all of the benefit programs have been set to max inclusion, MAX PAY for these people and minimum collection.
We found 1.3 million of them already on Medicaid as an example. We've gone through on every benefit program we went through, we found groups from this particular group of people, this 5.5 million people in those benefit programs.
And then what was really, really disturbing us was why we're asking ourselves why. So we actually just took a sample and looked at voter registration records and we found people here registered to vote in this population. Yes.
Who did vote? We found some by sampling that ACTUALLY DID VOTE.
We have referred them to prosecution at the Homeland Security Investigation Service. Yeah. Already, already. That is already happening right now. The truly disturbing thing though, I just want you to know this, a truly disturbing thing to me, and the darkest thing about this, to me, the voter fraud is terrible.” //
MUSK: "People think that Biden was asleep at the switch. They weren't asleep at the switch. It was a massive large scale program to import as many illegals as possible, ultimately to change the entire voting map of the United States and disenfranchise the American people and making it a deep blue one party state from which there would be no escape."
GRACIAS: "Human Traffickers made $13-15B off of this. This is a human tragedy. We created a system that created an incentive for people to come here and get taken advantage of by these traffickers."
MUSK: "This is not made up by the right. This is absolutely true...The real reason for these attacks and the burning of the cars, is that we're going to turn off the payments to illegals...I think this is the biggest voter fraud in the history of America by far. If the machine behind the Kamala puppet had won then they would have legalized all the illegals and there would be no swing states."
It’s hard to have a conversation with anyone in Washington these days without using Signal. I hate the app. It’s just one more messaging app that must be checked. Everyone in Washington, it seems, has Signal. Government officials use it. Reporters use it. Politicians on Capitol Hill use it. Hillary Clinton used an insecure email server. Everyone else just uses Signal, which, at least, is end-to-end encrypted.
With China thoroughly infiltrating our telecom system, no officials in DC are using built in phone messaging apps or voice to communicate important information now. Apple’s iMessage is robust and secure if the bubbles are blue. But someone may have their iCloud backup turned on, which would capture the chat. What’s App is fine and secure. But, again, someone might have a backup. Signal is secure and once a message is deleted, it is deleted. It is the preferred app.
For members of the Trump Administration, which last term saw rogue embedded progressives leaking classified information and even now has seen ICE raid information leak, bypassing government approved means of communications for Signal makes sense — the rogue bureaucrats provided the incentive.
But that is no excuse to add a reporter to a secure group chat trading information related to bombing the Houthis as the Trump national security team did. //
- This whole mess really does suggest that the Trump Administration, like the Biden Administration, has no clue how to get the Chinese out of our telecom networks.
