If you want public trust, seems 1st step is to trust the public.
and hold violators accountable
American Majority Action turned out low-participation voters in battleground States to help Trump and fellow Republicans to victory. //
If you want to win the war, you’d better have a good ground game.
It’s taken Republicans a long time to learn that basic truth on the battleground of politics, often through painful losses. But some grassroots conservative groups got it in the latest election cycle, and the armies they deployed in ballot-chasing battles across the seven battleground states appear to have had a pronounced impact on the outcome of this month’s presidential election.
Taking a page from the successful ground game playbook in Florida’s successful 2022 elections, American Majority Action (AMA) developed and launched a blanketing ballot-chasing initiative in four swing states — Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina and Wisconsin. //
Consultant Shannon Love told the publication there’s “no secret” to the Republicans’ success.
“They do the work. I think that Democrats get caught up in the message and the polls instead of doing the consistent work,” Love said.
“We’ve heard for four years how Republicans were a threat to democracy, they were going to overturn democracy. But really what is happening is that the election deniers, the people who are trying to thwart the rule of law, trying to thwart what a state constitution allows when it comes to elections, are the Democrats,” the Republican congresswoman said.
Casey is unlikely to change the result without counting defective or challenged ballots. Fortunately, law and precedent “does matter in this country.” There are still officials who can transcend their political preferences to maintain the rule of law. After the last presidential election, many Trump appointees ruled against the former president, and many Democratic judges rejected the effort to strip Trump from ballots.
That does not mean that Democrats who value the weaponization of law will not continue to embrace lawfare warriors like New York Attorney General Letitia James (D).
Others will use the rage of these times as a license to ignore legal and ethical obligations altogether. They are arguably the saddest manifestation of our political discord. They are people who have not just lost faith in our system but in themselves. They have become untethered from any defining principle for their own conduct. This election has left them adrift in a sea of moral and legal relativism, with only their rage as a following wind. They cling to that rage as reason vanishes like a distant shore.
For the rest of us, there is work to be done as a nation committed to the rule of law. We cannot win at any cost when that cost is the very thing that defines us.
“At 9 o’clock they realized they hadn’t plugged the machines in. They also realized at about 8:30 or 9 o’clock that they don’t have enough people [poll workers], so now they’re calling firefighters,” Brandtjen said. City officials reportedly had to bring in as many as 40 firefighters, health workers, and IT employees to assist in the ballot recount.
By 11 a.m., Brandtjen said, Central Count had processed just 5,000 absentee ballots out of the 108,000 mountain of early votes to be counted. Mid-afternoon, Republican observers noticed the seals on the machines had been broken, not locked as they should have been at that point.
Milwaukee election officials were forced to pull more than 30,000 ballots and begin the count over, as observers raised concerns about ballot security and integrity. The ballot count dragged on and on.
Of the13 different speed counters, Brandtjen said at no point did she see them all operating at the same time.
“…[T]his is a plan to go as late as possible to make sure there are only a half-dozen people left in the room,” the lawmaker said. “All of these things just lead to absolutely no confidence in the process. For those who have done it multiple years, it was the worst they’ve ever seen.” //
Brandtjen said there’s no reason for Milwaukee to finish ballot counting at 3 or 4 in the morning.
“To go late, I think, is a plan to see if there is a way to find additional allots or make up the difference for candidates,” she said. //
Robert Spindell, a Republican member of the Wisconsin Elections Commission, agreed that Central Count was plagued by too many problems that should never have happened and that it appears to him that those running the show “wanted the results from Central Count to come in very late.” //
But Hovde said the problem is bigger than Milwaukee. In the video, he noted the nearly 8 million names listed on the voter rolls of a state with less than 6 million residents. The database includes more than 3.6 million “active” voters, eligible voters cleared to vote in elections.
On Thursday, Enten did another deep dive into the numbers, looking beyond the areas Trump won to big blue cities like San Francisco and Chicago that he lost but where he still gained significant ground, finding some pretty staggering double-digit percentage increases across the board, with the driving forces behind them in those cities being illegal immigration and crime: //

This is striking fear into Democrat leaders like nothing else. They are losing minorities who, heaven forbid, don't vote based on their skin color or ethnicity but rather on their priorities. If this continues, the Democrats will have to change their entire platform to be viable. The Republican party needs to look hard at this data as well, to see what drove their successes and keep it going. If the Democrats can no longer rely on the 'demographics is destiny' plank of their party ideals, they are going to spend a very long time wandering in the wilderness. Let's hope that they do, and get lost while they are there. //

I contend that the Trump popular vote win was far greater than the numbers indicate because the Trump agenda was more popular than it translated in vote totals. If we were to add to the popular vote number all of the people who hate Trump because of who he is but who would have voted for someone else who had his same policy prescriptions and agenda, it would have been an epic landslide. A lot of people voted for Harris just because of Trump's personality, a lot of people voted against Trump in spite of being sick of the crime and millions of illegals and the homelessness in our cities and the Biden foreign policy boondoggles. They didn't vote for Harris because they believed she would fix anything, they voted against the guy they believed was a criminal and a monster on a personal level, people influenced by a ten-year-long media propaganda and attack campaign against a leader the likes of which the world has never seen. Some of them are lifelong Republicans.
So did Trump - or more accurately, conservatism - actually get 90 million votes of support instead of 75? 100?
These two need to be made an example of. The Trump DOJ needs to prosecute Marseglia and Harvie to the fullest extent of the law. Both are on video knowingly violating the law and if they get away with it, imagine what they and others will do during the next election. The only way to fight back against this kind of subversion of our elections is to create deterrence. Election officials should be just as subject to jail time as any random voter who violates election laws. //
What if all this had occurred behind closed doors? If elections in the United States are ever to be trusted by the majority of Americans, the hammer needs to drop here. Hard.
It was clear to forty percent of young women that Kamala Harris only offered death or subjugation: economically, the issue of men in women's spaces, and harm to their bodies from criminal actors. Many young women voted for a future that looked beyond "my body, my choice," and looked toward "my vote, my future."
If this trend holds and grows, the kids are going to be all right.
Turnout is roughly the same as it was four years ago, but it’s casting some suspicious vibes among many about the 81 million votes cast for Joe Biden. The pandemic election was arguably fraught with shenanigans, including midnight vote dumps with unverified mail-in ballots. That's why the Republican National Committee and the party's activist wing did an excellent job of having a legal brigade ready to file lawsuits and challenges on voting processes this time. Bucks County, Pennsylvania, is a prime example, where voters were illegally turned away, leading to a challenge and a judge extending the early voting period. On the county's last day of early voting, the lines were long, and the locations were still understaffed, but everyone who waited cast their ballot. Trump eventually won the county, another first for a Republican since 1988.
Once again, Trump won virtually all the bellwether counties, like in 2020, but Biden won then.

Obama got 69M votes.
Kamala got 68M votes.
But they want us to believe Joe Biden somehow got 81M votes and won, despite losing nearly every bellweather county?
They raided our homes and sent us to jail for asking where those extra 13M votes came from.

And it’s not insane, tin foil hat stuff—a Chinese student in Michigan illegally voted, but the vote will count because there’s no mechanism to flag these fraudulent ballots. And we all know he wasn’t the only one, but the pandemic is over, and voter integrity measures were passed and enforced this time, for the most part. //

GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. — Two women, one of them a USPS carrier, were arrested last week for attempting to illegally cast over a dozen ballots in Mesa County, Colorado, after stealing the ballots from the mail.

The ballot issues amend the state constitutions, barring foreign nationals from voting in state and local elections. //
As divided as America may be, this election showed there’s one thing most Americans agree on: Only U.S. citizens should vote in U.S. elections.
Voters this week in eight states — Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, and Wisconsin — overwhelmingly approved constitutional amendment ballot questions seeking to ensure noncitizens cannot vote in state and local elections. Foreign nationals are already barred from voting in federal elections.
The Federalist independently verified 33 voters in whose name at least two ballots were cast, sometimes in a different county, sometimes in the same county. //
While it is unclear whether these voters were actively attempting to vote twice or other issues were occurring, a data analyst who spoke with The Federalist on the basis of anonymity says that number may just scratch the surface of the problem, given how poorly the NCSBE maintains its voter rolls. //
“The state board is not doing the job that they need to do, and that is having data integrity,” the analyst said. “There is no data integrity there, and every time that they’re queried about it, they say it’s ‘safe and secure,’ and it’s garbage. It’s absolutely garbage. It’s the worst system I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ve been working as a data analyst for about 35 years. This is an extraordinarily bad — I mean, it wouldn’t pass any kind of muster, any kind of audit, anywhere.”
The analyst said that with a simple computer programming fix, it would be extremely easy to track these double votes, but the NCSBE inexplicably refuses to adopt such a solution. The NCSBE did not respond to a request for comment from The Federalist.
Many of the voter records reviewed by The Federalist are bizarre. Some appear to show a voter casting a ballot in mid-October and an individual registering to vote under that voter’s name in early November, likely through a same-day registration process at an in-person early voting site. “When they do that same-day registration, they don’t check,” Ragan said. “There’s no duplicate check at the polling place for a duplicate registration.” //
Despite an RNC lawsuit asserting that there are at least 225,000 voters who registered to vote in North Carolina without providing either a driver’s license or the last four digits of a Social Security Number, as required by federal law, the NCSBE has thus far refused to remedy the situation.
Don’t be fooled by Democrats’ uncharacteristic acceptance of election results. It’s their only move right now. //
Earlier on Wednesday, the shrews of “The View” rehearsed the same talking points. “When the person you voted for does not win, you do not say the system must be broken or that it was rigged. You say, ‘It is what it is,'” said Sara Haines. “Unlike Donald Trump and his followers, I acknowledge that he won,” added Ana Navarro.
Of course, they “acknowledge that he won.” After their QUESTIONING ELECTION RESULTS IS A THREAT TO DEMOCRACY rhetoric from the past four years, what the heck other choice do they have? Their “we accept the results” posture started about five minutes ago — or, more precisely, the moment Trump questioned the results of the 2020 election. Before that, Democrats had for decades questioned pretty much every other election they had lost, which were all freer and fairer than 2020, by the way.
2016 is still fresh in Americans’ minds. Here are three minutes (of many) of Democrats calling Donald Trump an “illegitimate president” after that election and saying the contest was “stolen” from Hillary Clinton:
Democrats did the same thing in the 2000 election between George W. Bush and Al Gore, and then again when Bush beat John Kerry four years later, to the point of stalling the Electoral College vote certification. Democrats even spun up a wild conspiracy theory that Karl Rove had colluded with voting machine manufacturers to change vote tallies. Jerry Nadler and other Judiciary Committee Democrats called on the General Accountability Office to investigate whether the machines were used to steal the election.
In 1960, after Hawaii’s governor had initially certified the results for Republican candidate Richard Nixon and a recount was underway, Democrat John F. Kennedy arranged for “alternate electors” (gasp) to be appointed. Sound familiar?
In 2018, Stacey Abrams insisted she had won the race for governor of Georgia against Brian Kemp even though she had lost. There are more examples where these came from. //
Not only did they insist, against all evidence to the contrary, that the 2020 election was the “most secure in American history,” but they also vilified anyone who disagreed as an “election denier.” They labeled Trump a Nazi, a tyrant, and an insurrectionist, and his followers the same.
So they’ve really backed themselves into a corner on election results now. What choice do they have but to concede in 2024?
That’s not the only, or even the primary reason, Kamala Harris and her supporters conceded the election on Wednesday though. They also admitted defeat because they got whooped. Unlike the 2020 election, the margins in 2024 weren’t razor-thin. Trump beat Harris in a landslide.

Riddle me this...
Biden 2020 - 81 million votes
Trump 2020 - 74 million votes.
Trump 2024 - 72.5 million votes AND COUNTING
Harris 2024 - 67.8 million votes and counting.
My point? Trump will receive nearly identical numbers in both the COVID election and this more normal election and yet when we say they stole 2020 we're election deniers? How does a party lose 14 million votes in 4 years without trump adding more? They ALL stayed home?
They didn't just cheat a little in '20. They cheated on a grand scale that's all but undeniable.
For this reason Trump should seek to crush the left for 4 years. Make them rebuilt from rubble that will take decades to do.
Stealing 4 years doesn't scratch the surface of what's been done. The damage is nearly incalculable to this country.
I'm not religious but thank GOD for yesterday!
As of this article’s publication, preliminary results show the amendment with more than 75 percent of support from voters. The New York Times projected the proposal’s passage.
As The Federalist previously reported, the amendment stipulates that “only a citizen of the United States” who is 18 years old and meets existing voter eligibility requirements may vote in elections held in the Tar Heel State. The measure was sent to voters for approval after it was passed by the state’s Republican-controlled House (99-12) and Senate (40-4) earlier this year.
Other states to have similar initiatives on their respective 2024 ballots include Wisconsin, Iowa, Kentucky, South Carolina, and Idaho.
Questions and concerns about chain of custody, ballot numbers and other election integrity issues abounded as the Democrat city deals with tens of thousands of absentee ballots and many more Election Day ballots. Republican observers say there is a stink of malfeasance at Central Count.
“There are layers of issues here of stalling tactics. It appears that they are trying to figure out what they need to win,” one Central Count observer told The Federalist. //
Meanwhile, a poll observer tracking several voting locations in Milwaukee says same-day registration at some of the most Democrat-heavy polling sites in Milwaukee — and the county — are at unbelievable numbers. One observer estimates same-day registration at 80 percent of voters at Barack Obama School of Career and Technical Education on the north side of Milwaukee. Same-day voting was also reportedly up in deep blue Madison, which turned in unprecedented numbers in 2020 for Biden.
A confidential draft memo from Everybody Votes indicates its goal is registering voters of certain demographics to “reshape the electorate” — even bragging that its efforts would be the “single most effective tactic for ensuring Democratic victories.” So much for non-partisan! In 2016 and 2020, this 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization spent $106 million targeting specific voters and reportedly worked with the Hillary Clinton campaign on shaping its strategy.
Nonprofit voter registration groups are required to remain non-partisan under federal law, but Democrats have been exploiting this tax-exempt status for their own benefit for decades. Of course, there has been no prosecution against Everybody Votes because their financial backer is George Soros. The Democrats aren’t going to prosecute their own people. Until the corrupt Democrat machine is removed from power they will continue to illegally influence elections through their illegal, partisan voter registration drives — as evidenced in Pennsylvania.
These schemes to use low-level workers to harvest new voter registrations isn’t new. Remember ACORN — Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now? One of their famous community organizers was Barack Obama. ACORN paid workers to register voters across the nation, but criminal activity plagued the organization. Ultimately, they went out of business and at least 18 employees were convicted on election fraud charges. Those were just the ones who were caught.
Everybody Votes is this generation’s ACORN. They are being accused of massive voter registration fraud and the Harris-Biden administration is doing nothing about it. Instead, they are weaponizing the Justice Department by attacking their political opposition: Elon Musk.
Our corrupt media swear the only personal investment they have in this election is ensuring it will be “fair” and consequently end with a peaceful transfer of power, concepts they have worked all along to erode and undermine with not a sliver of regret.
They care about fairness the same way they care about “democracy,” a once important term they’ve raped and bastardized so as to make it unrecognizable. It’s only democracy if their preferred candidate is elected. Likewise, things are only fair if they get to have the last word on what’s true, what’s false, and what’s open for debate. (Hint: True is whatever Democrats claim it to be, and anything to the contrary is disinformation.)
The media don’t get the excuse of being stupid or insane. They’re malicious and depraved. They knew what they were doing when they feigned ignorance over the dramatic degree to which President Biden had physically and mentally deteriorated. They were lying to the public because the full truth would hurt Democrats. They knew what they were doing when they explained away the devastating harm the Kamala-Biden admin was doing with hyperinflation and unchecked immigration at the border. They were lying to the public because the full truth would hurt Democrats.
They knew what they were doing when they looked the other way as a sitting president was removed as his party’s nominee for reelection in a bloodless coup, only to have an absolute joke of a candidate installed in his place with no transparency or discussion of how it happened. And when Democrats said this was all just fine, the media knew what they were doing when they collectively agreed and put their full weight behind convincing voters Kamala was a capable alternative. They were lying to the public because the full truth would hurt Democrats.
They don’t get to say they care about a “free and fair” election. They relinquished that right a long time ago, pissing away all of their credibility, cheapening the constitutional right to a free press, and abandoning any responsibility they had to truthfully inform the voters on the state of the nation.
Nobody needs to worry about whether this is going to be a “free and fair” election. The media already decided it wouldn’t be. What we should be concerned with once this is over is figuring out how it is possible to ever have one again.
Data from elections in Texas and Georgia disproves the left’s phony narrative that ID requirements ‘suppress’ voters.
While the Des Moines Field Office of USCIS reviewed the suspect names with the assistance of the state DOT supplying Alien Registration Numbers, headquarters in Washington, D.C., will not allow the Iowa office to share the information.
“This information would be critical to Iowa’s election officials in this process and ensure naturalized citizens can cast their ballots as normal,” Pate wrote.
The Biden-Harris Department of Justice has threatened to challenge Iowa’s process of vetting the voting rolls. Pate wrote that he asked the DOJ to allow their Immigration Services colleagues in D.C. to turn over the data that’s been completed in Des Moines. //
‘The most current, verified information is available. Yet, Washington, D.C. will not share it with us,’ said Iowa Secretary of State Paul Pate. //
“If the federal government has information that will ensure only U.S. citizens vote AND ensure naturalized citizens can cast their ballot as normal, that information must be shared.”
