In their 2020 report, Sens. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Ron Johnson, R-Wis., exposed how the GSA “secretly handed over the first Trump team’s privileged and confidential information to the FBI” (Federal Bureau of Investigation), even as the FBI played political games with the infamous and unfounded counterintelligence probe into Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign. Grassley at the time served as chairman of the Senate’s Finance Committee. Johnson led the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
The report, titled “Don’t Brief the Trump Team: How the GSA and the FBI Secretly Shared Trump Transition Team Records,” details how the FBI and then-Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office trampled all over the transition team’s private property rights. https://links-1.govdelivery.com/CL0/https:%2F%2Fwww.finance.senate.gov%2Fdownload%2Fcommittee-report_-gsa-and-trump-transition/1/010001936e6d3951-b8b527a2-58d3-479c-9d46-f64e7a7c706d-000000/Kn3v3ppYuup1odtt5SAvm4pzrLUXOBKz0X45tmGIvNw=381. //
On Dec. 19, 2017, the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee received a letter from Trump for America general counsel Kory Langhofer. In the letter, Langhofer stated that “the GSA provided Trump for America’s records to the special counsel without giving prior notice, obtaining its consent, or providing it an opportunity to review the records for privilege or relevance.” The committee reviewed and confirmed the information. //
GSA’s creepy conduct led to the Presidential Transition Enhancement Act, a bill introduced by Sen. Johnson that requires advance notice if either party intends to deviate from the memorandum of understanding. Trump signed the bill into law in March 2020.
“I didn’t understand how a senior executive like George Cheeks could tell me that this was a high priority for the network and for his boss, and yet the executives at CBS News showed producers anchors could refuse that,” she said. //
Here we have yet another news story showing that the press is full of incognito activists posing as journalists. If the details of Herridge’s story are accurate – and there's no reason to think they're not – it is clear that CBS News’ executives were acting more as political operatives and preventing the news outlet from discussing issues that could have reflected negatively on President Biden and Democrats.
Yet, these same people will claim the network is a neutral journalistic outlet when it is abundantly clear that it is little more than a propaganda mill for Democrats. //

Hunter Biden may have accidentally saved America. By CBS covering this up, it allowed people to see the trainwreck that Biden was and it led to the massive win for Trump. I am convinced that 2024 Trump will be better than 2020 Trump would have been due to what has been exposed over the last 4 years both policy wise and the lengths that desperate government employees will go to to keep their power. I see the Biden WH as a gift. //

Journalists with integrity report all the news, not just the news that's popular with network staffers.
In other words, the Trump-Vance Transition Team confirms it has the requisite ethics plan and will post it on the GSA website as required under the Act, but oh, by the way, it won't be availing itself of taxpayer funding or government buildings or technology via the GSA. Chalk that up to Trump learning the hard way the pitfalls of trusting too readily in an outgoing administration.

LTG Donahue refused to open the gates at HKIA despite Marines reporting up the chain of command that American passport holding citizens were trying to get in to evacuate. In addition to the statements from Marines, we had plenty of other evidence of Americans trying to get into HKIA to evacuate.
Donahue was the ground commander who ultimately made the decision to not get those Americans out. We can banter back and forth about security and other critical elements of why he chose to do what he did, but I can’t sidestep or forgive a commander not making every attempt to get those Americans out who were standing at the gate, talking directly to the Marines, and being refused entry.
The other nonsense about the fake photo op of “last boots on ground” that was proven false due to the Air Force load master being the last to get on the airplane and an entire medical unit still being on ground conducting operations well after the evacuation, plus borrowing the equipment from the delta team that was with him to take a cool guy photo, can be shrugged off.
Making an effort to use critical space on the airplanes to take home a Toyota Land Cruiser with a mounted anti-aircraft gun as a war trophy, instead of human beings, or at the very least the dozens of working dogs that were left to die in kennels at the hands of the Taliban, can also be shrugged off.
What I can’t shrug off is leaving American citizens behind in Afghanistan when they were standing at the gates with their passports out pleading with the Marine guards to let them in. He shouldn’t have been allowed to pin on a third star, let alone a fourth. //
Hopefully, this will be more than a blip on the radar, and Donahue's promotion is scuttled. As he was the prime mover in renaming Fort Bragg to "Fort Liberty," it would be more than poetic justice if his upward trajectory ended just as Fort Bragg got its rightful name back.

Democrats get emotional over the criminal illegal aliens.
Incoming Border Czar Tom Homan gets emotional over their victims (and their families) of their crimes.
That's how you know the right man for the job is coming.

“You know, Laura, a lot of people ask me why I get so emotional when I do Fox News and why I scream at members of Congress. Because I have seen so much tragedy," elucidated Homan. "I have talked to hundreds of angel moms and dads who bury their children because they’re killed by illegal aliens. This is the latest."
"I have talked to little girls as young as 9 years old that were raped multiple times by members of the cartel," he said, eyes looking off to the side to fight off tears. "When you look in their eyes, and everything innocent and pure has been ripped from their soul, and their life will never be the same, I’m just — I’m tired of it." //
Homan told Ingraham that the "government failed" the family of Laken Riley, adding her death "could have been prevented."
He suggested Democrat politicians listen to the tapes to understand the pain of the victim and her family.
"This young lady is dead," he condemned. "And I want every mayor, every governor of a sanctuary jurisdiction to listen to that tape, listen to this young girl fight for her life, fight for her breath, trying to survive, terrified. I want you to understand what she went through."

David, I must respectfully disagree.
The Catholic Church excommunicates people to make them aware of how grave their sin is and that they are destined to go to hell unless they repent of that sin.
Not saying anything publicly to Biden or any other politicians involved with grave sin leads them to believe that their actions are acceptable. That isn’t charitable as the greatest act of charity is to get people into Heaven. //

Precisely. The purpose of church discipline is restorative, not punitive. If lesser methods fail to get the attention of the stubborn wayward soul, an ecclesiastical two-by-four upside the head is necessary. Excommunication is not permanent unless there is no repetance.
Had this sort of attack been allowed since the early days of the war, there is a good chance the conflict would have concluded by now. The insanity of allowing Russia to use weapons made from US components to strike deep inside Ukraine while forbidding Ukraine to use American-made weapons to strike military targets supporting Russia's invasion did nothing to prevent escalation and simply ran up the body count on both sides. Even as late as it has started, it increases the chances of President Trump bringing this war to a close in a way that does not resemble the Afghanistan fiasco and further damage US credibility. //

Tell us how the life of Americans was affected by Italy's conquest of Abyssinia in 1935. It wasn't, really, was it. If the outraged nations had stuck together and forced an ignominious withdrawal, it would've cost some money, perhaps even some blood -- not from us of course, as we limited ourselves to mere words. But as it was, all it was some remote Ethiopians losing their lives and their freedom. Hardly worth worrying about for a freedom-loving patriot, don't you think?
But it didn't end there -- not because Italy started WW2, but because every other aggressive nation on the planet saw clearly that the West was weak, and victories could be won cheaply and with little interference. It is in the interest of the United States, and every other non-expansionist country in the world, for wars of conquest to fail, and the quicker they fail, the better. Millions died worldwide, and hundreds of thousands of our own soldiers were killed. All in a war that never should have happened.
If the West turns away and Russia prevails, aggressor nations will be doing the risk/reward calculations for their own shopping list.
It's also worth remembering that Ukraine is only in this mess because our President convinced them good relations with the US was more important than keeping a nuclear deterrent. If Britain and the United States had been willing to guarantee Ukraine's boundaries back then, there would be no war in Ukraine. //

Today, it's give me Kyiv or I nuke the world. Tomorrow it's give me Warsaw, or I nuke the world, Next week, it's give me Berlin or I nuke the world. You don't stop aggression by throwing its victims under the bus. You stop aggression by making it clear that the aggressor will die, if he persists. In this case, you make it clear that Vlad, personally will die, in the first hour, that the Russian-majority regions of Russia will be devastated, and that Kadyrov's Chechen Orcs will rape their way through the radioactive ruins of Moscow and St. Petersburg, if he goes nuclear. Mutual Assured Destruction kept the nukes in the silos, in the First Cold War. I see no reason it won't work, in this one.
We supported MUCH worse bästards than Zelenskyy, during the Cold War. Syngman Rhee, Ngo Dinh Diem (before we assassinated him), Augusto Pinochet, Saddam Hussein (before we deposed him) Shah Reza Pahlavi (before we dumped him, and ended up with Khomeini). You're dang right it's politically-motivated. The general class is infested with left-wing partisans who put politics above the rank-and-file, sometimes with deadly consequences. The purge is coming, and no amount of crybagging from the press is going to stop it. Buckle up.
Somehow, those incidents sum it up for Biden's time in office — absent, late, and blowing off the press.
The Israeli attack on Iran in late October destroyed an active top secret nuclear weapons research facility in Parchin, according to three U.S. officials, one current Israeli official and one former Israeli official.
Why it matters: The strike — which targeted a site previously reported to be inactive — significantly damaged Iran's effort over the past year to resume nuclear weapons research, Israeli and U.S. officials said.
One former Israeli official briefed on the strike said it destroyed sophisticated equipment used to design the plastic explosives that surround uranium in a nuclear device and are needed to detonate it. Iran has denied it is pursuing nuclear weapons. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said in a statement last week that "Iran is not after nuclear weapons, period." The Iranian mission to the UN declined to comment for this story. The incoming Trump administration will include several key national security and foreign policy officials who are hawkish on Iran, which could lead to increased U.S. pressure on the Islamic Republic.
Some added flavor here:
Flashback: Last June, the White House officials privately warned the Iranians in direct conversations about the suspicious research activities, Axios reported.
The U.S. hoped the warning would make the Iranians stop their nuclear activity, but they continued, the officials said.
A U.S. official said that in the months before the Israeli attack "there was concern across the board" about the Iranian activity at the Taleghan 2 facility.
The Iranian nuclear weapons research even led the U.S. Director of National Intelligence (DNI) to change its assessment about the Iranian nuclear program.
You don't say?
The news comes on the heels of the arrest of a former CIA official for leaking classified documents regarding Israel's plans ahead of the strike. //

Just make us a net exporter of fuels again instead of an importer, and Trump can drop the price of oil by dumping more in the market. He did that in 2020, in April taking it down to 20 bucks a barrel. He told the bad actors that are oil nations that he would drop it down to 1o bucks if they kept it up. That's why we didn't have war. A strong military deterrent is smart. But using business to make it to they couldn't afford war is how we had no wars last time without firing a shot.
Trump knows what Democrats will never admit: whoever controls the oil controls the world. He proved it last time.
What is it Roosevelt said? "Speak softly, but carry a big stick"? With Trump we have the double whammy- a great business strategy to drive the baddies broke, backed by the most terrifyingly badass military ever seen on earth. Under Hegseth, I expect we'll see that.
Turnout is roughly the same as it was four years ago, but it’s casting some suspicious vibes among many about the 81 million votes cast for Joe Biden. The pandemic election was arguably fraught with shenanigans, including midnight vote dumps with unverified mail-in ballots. That's why the Republican National Committee and the party's activist wing did an excellent job of having a legal brigade ready to file lawsuits and challenges on voting processes this time. Bucks County, Pennsylvania, is a prime example, where voters were illegally turned away, leading to a challenge and a judge extending the early voting period. On the county's last day of early voting, the lines were long, and the locations were still understaffed, but everyone who waited cast their ballot. Trump eventually won the county, another first for a Republican since 1988.
Once again, Trump won virtually all the bellwether counties, like in 2020, but Biden won then.

Why are we here? If you are a Democrat, all we can say is, we hope that Susie [Wiles, Trump's new Chief of Staff] decides to take a vacation and they hire some terrible people to make some mistakes to give us a chance.
Right now, they have everything. They've got the Supreme Court. They've got the electoral college. They've got the House, they got -- probably they've got the Senate. They've got popular vote.
And we're just sitting here with a dunce cap on. This time last week we thought we were the smartest people in the world. We thought Donald Trump was an idiot. We thought his campaign made no sense. And it turned out they were smarter than us and we don't have anything to say to you.
"OK, this has now jumped from an Internet meme to a Sunday morning show," a leery Bash replied. "Congratulations."
"It would give Kamala Harris the chance to be the 47th president of the United States of America," Simmons pushed onward, suggesting the move would really stick it to the president-elect. "It would disrupt all of Donald Trump's paraphernalia, right? He would have to rebrand everything."
Yeah, I'm not sure replacing a man cognitively challenged due to age with a woman cognitively challenged due to a lack of cognition is quite worth making the Trump campaign alter a few T-shirts. Making America even more vulnerable just to play games with our political adversary seems ... unwise.
Simmons served as communications director for Harris previously. Now you know why she couldn't communicate her policies to the American people and was one of the most awkward candidates this nation has ever seen. She had this kind of intellectual firepower behind her.
Simmons' idea is on par with the type of intellect that led to Clinton aides replacing all the 'W' keys on computer keyboards after George W. Bush won the 2000 election.
This idea of throwing Kamala Harris a bone - just because she deserves it - has been floated before. Bash referenced another insane conspiracy in which the left would like to see Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor retire so Biden could name Harris as her replacement.
That brilliant idea also came from a CNN commentator, Bakari Sellers. //
"Dems have better policies but we must realize the old rules no longer apply. We are not playing table tennis. We are in a mixed martial arts fight and Americans respond to drama and excitement," he wrote. "We should use that to make our arguments for a better path forward."
You don't have better policies. If you did, your entire party wouldn't have been absolutely slaughtered on Election Day.
Besides, Americans already chose a "better path forward." They chose Trump. No amount of fantasizing to the contrary is going to change that, gents. //

Simpler: Biden self identifies as a woman so he can be the first woman President.
That would be truly "transformational" ha ha.
And no one can say "not fair" - those are the rules now.
There are numerous reasons for this Trump success. I would say it shows the power of authenticity. Some might not prefer Trump’s blunt, even at times crude style, but no one could honestly say that the billionaire sounds or looks fake. Or addled. Or lost.
Stacked against an opponent who read everything off teleprompters and dodged questions completely or with incomprehensible word salads punctuated by defensive giggles, the familiar executive seemed safer.
Trump also had his own record as proof of accomplishment – strong economy and job growth, enhanced defense posture, reduced taxes, and energy independence, among others.
The Harris campaign organization, which was actually the Biden campaign with a few Harris cronies grafted on, was saddled with the administration’s record of incompetence – inflation, poor job growth, the globally mortifying Afghan exit, and creating, allowing, and even facilitating the open southern border with 10 million-plus illegal-crossers.
She also placed far too much trust in the abortion issue, which she ironically called reproductive rights. Trump easily defused that by pointing out, accurately, that’s now a state issue.
The incumbent vice president attempted to frame herself as an agent of change. But then, on national TV, she was asked what she would have changed in Biden policies. Clueless, she paused, then said nothing came to mind. //
A burst of initial party enthusiasm for Harris that was actually relief over Biden’s departure faded quickly. Like Republicans after their 1964 drubbing by Lyndon Johnson, Democrats are calling now for a thorough campaign autopsy.
Trouble is, the would-be party coroners were all complicit in causing the campaign’s terminal condition.
Republicans need to be wary, though, of over-confidence. Nothing is permanent in U.S. politics. Only four years after Democrats’ decisive 1964 landslide, they lost four of the next five White House elections.
Revealing of the Biden character, besides his chronic lying, is the quiet but obvious undermining of his replacement’s campaign by inserting himself all fall, as if his discarded persona could help.
Joe and Jill can now claim until their deaths that they would have done better on Nov. 5, should anyone care. The good news from such pettiness is we are now forever free politically of both Bidens and Harris.
Taken as a whole, the facts paint a picture of Biden as an embittered man who was elbowed out of the way rather than voluntarily stepping aside. His decision to endorse Kamala in his withdrawal speech locked the Democrats into a convention that was a coronation rather than a contest. As a result, the Democrat king-makers lost their say on who would lead the party in the upcoming campaign and created an electoral Chernobyl that will smolder for years to come.
But there are already good signs in the wake of the sweeping Republican victory, as illegals in a massive caravan traversing our neighbor to the south have reportedly started to abandon it and turn back:
The caravan, which began earlier this week in southern Mexico, included approximately 3,000 migrants seeking asylum or economic opportunities in the U.S.
It's telling that one woman who wasn't deterred by Trump's win name-checked CBP One as giving her hope:
Speaking to Reuters, another Venezuelan migrant, identified only as Jeilimar, explained that she hopes to secure an asylum appointment via the U.S. Customs and Border Protection's CBP One app before Trump takes office in January 2025.
"With God's favor, I'll get that appointment," she said. //

If she really wants asylum she must apply in the first neutral country she crosses. We share no border with Venezuela.
So this is a failed application from the get go. Apply in any contiguous country or register at the closest US embassy office. Get in line. We'll get back to you.
On day one of Joe Biden’s disastrous presidency, he canceled the Keystone Pipeline. Since then, he’s waged a war on drilling and energy and has tried to shove a green agenda down our throats. It’s one of the many reasons a Democrat won’t be in the White House come January.
On Thursday, he made a strange but somewhat conciliatory speech where he promised a smooth transition of power to President-elect Donald Trump.
Yet it was only hours before he made a move to defy the GOP nominee and former president INCOMING PRESIDENT and further limited drilling in Alaska’s Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. //
But in 2017, Trump signed a tax bill mandating at least two lease sales in the refuge’s 1.6 million-acre coastal plain by the end of 2024. //
Trump reinstated the drilling program in a 2017 tax cut law enacted by congressional Republicans. Even so, no drilling has occurred in the refuge. //
USGS estimates there’s somewhere between 4.3 and 11.8 billion barrels of oil in the coastal plain. Those are huge numbers. For comparison, Alaska’s second biggest oil field, Kuparuk, holds about 2.5 billion barrels.

The best thing for the country would not be a big or small victory for Kamala Harris, Tim Walz, and their phony “unity” schtick. It wouldn’t even be a razor-thin Trump-Vance win. The best outcome for the health of our nation — and democracy — would be a landslide victory for Donald Trump.
Just Deserts
First, and most importantly, America needs a decisive victory to communicate to Democrat leaders, media propagandists, bureaucratic tyrants, violent rioters, Big Tech censors, race hustlers, and rogue three-letter agencies that their underhanded and often illegal actions will not be rewarded with electoral victory.
No, Democrats don’t deserve to win after waging unprecedented lawfare against their political opponents, from the former president to peaceful pro-life protesters. They don’t deserve to win after turning federal agencies into a Democrat get-out-the-vote hydra. Or after lying about the integrity of the 2020 election and persecuting honest Americans who questioned the procedures and results. Or after inciting racial violence that razed pockets of flyover America and then lying that the rioting and looting was “mostly peaceful.”
Democrats don’t deserve to win after airing blatant and thoroughly debunked propaganda on network television 24/7/365. Or after colluding with Big Tech ... //
Once again, as voting comes to a close, business establishments in America’s urban centers have boarded up their windows, and we all know it isn’t in anticipation of a Harris-Walz win. It’s to minimize the tantrum damage if the Trump-deranged leftist toddlers don’t get their way.
This time around, though, the imagery isn’t just of an unruly child screaming on the floor of a grocery store after being denied a piece of candy. It’s of a kid who taunts and antagonizes his older siblings until they’ve had enough and counterstrike.
It’s that simple, really: Only a Trump blowout will communicate the degree to which Americans are done with Democrats’ dirty tricks. //
Second, for faith in our democratic process, it’s detrimental for Americans not to know the election results on election night. A decisive Trump victory, however, could give us a quick and confidence-boosting conclusion.
The “new normal” of days-long ballot counting isn’t normal at all. //
Delays in vote tallies sow massive distrust in our democratic process. Just four years ago, in the dead of night while most voters and journalists were asleep, something shady happened in Michigan and Wisconsin. As my colleague John Daniel Davidson wrote at the time, in both swing states, Trump led on election night. And in both states, overnight dumps of mail-in ballots went 100 percent for Biden and precisely zero percent for Trump. Those who pointed out this seemingly statistical impossibility on Twitter were censored.
Of course, a landslide Harris victory could produce a quick result too, but there’s one more factor she absolutely can’t deliver best for the American people. //
Finally, Trump’s policies will obviously be better for Americans than Harris’, and we all know it. Despite Democrats attempting to brand Harris as the “change” candidate, we’re living under her “leadership” right now, and it’s a nightmare. //
A Trump victory this week would spare suffering Americans from living in Biden-Harris hell. But the best thing for the country — for justice, democracy, and everyday living — would be not just a win but an absolute blowout.
