A left-wing nonprofit that interfered in the 2020 election to Democrats’ benefit is coaching election offices on how to address concerns about leftist oligarchs’ silent coup to replace Joe Biden as the party’s presidential nominee.
On Tuesday, the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) sent an email to its newsletter subscribers highlighting Biden’s Sunday exit from the 2024 race and informing election officials that “voters and media outlets will be looking to you for guidance in the coming weeks, and you will play a powerful role in shaping this emerging story.”
‘The public deserves answers for how this Executive Order is being implemented, particularly as VP Harris becomes the new nominee,’ Rep. Bryan Steil said. //
President Joe Biden may have left the presidential race, but “Bidenbucks” lives on.
And you can bet your federal tax bill that the Biden administration will be revving up the taxpayer-funded, get-out-the-vote machine for not-so-accidental candidate Vice President Kamala Harris.
“I think they definitely will,” Hans von Spakovsky, a former member of the Federal Election Commission and manager of the Heritage Foundation’s Election Law Reform Initiative, told me in an interview this week. “I think what they’re doing is an unlawful use of federal taxpayer dollars, and I don’t think any president has the right to do it.”
Documents obtained by the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project expose federal agencies working with left-wing activist groups in targeting traditionally Democrat voters to cast mail-in ballots for Biden’s No. 2 in November’s election. And there appears no slowdown in the constitutionally suspect initiative now that Biden has withdrawn from his reelection run and endorsed his leftist lieutenant.
Sixty-two percent of likely voters are concerned that the 2024 election will be marred by cheating, a new survey finds.
Democrats’ success in removing Biden from the ballot should serve as a wake-up call to normie America about the security of our elections.
If you need further proof that Democrats will go to extreme lengths to rig elections in their favor, look no further than the silent coup that occurred Sunday, when it was announced that Joe Biden would not seek reelection this November.
Voters in Arizona who register with the state and do not provide proof of citizenship will be rejected.
Contrary to the New York Democrat’s claim, the naming of contingent Republican electors during the 2020 cycle was neither unprecedented nor unlawful. In fact, the process conducted in contested states such as Georgia parallels a similar endeavor that took place during the 1960 presidential election between John F. Kennedy and Richard Nixon. //
As my colleague Jordan Boyd previously highlighted, Democrats and their media allies had no problem “calling for electoral disobedience” after Trump won the 2016 election. In an effort to keep Trump out of office, so-called “news” outlets ran “[a]rticles demanding state electors ‘prevent an irresponsible demagogue from taking office’ and overrule Americans to install Hillary Clinton as president.”
“With all-mail voting, we’re counting on the Post Office, and the Post Office is notoriously a giant federal government bureaucracy that’s not running efficiently,” Powers said. “We’ve turned our elections over to it, and now we see the consequences of that.”
The Power of One Vote
The Power of One Vote, Your Vote. Use It.
By the Smallest of Margins…
In 1800 – Thomas Jefferson was elected President by one vote in the House of Representatives after a tie in the Electoral College.
In 1824 – Andrew Jackson won the presidential popular vote but lost by one vote in the House of Representatives to John Quincy Adams after an Electoral College dead-lock.
In 1845 – The U.S. Senate passed the convention annexing Texas by two votes (27/25).
In 1846 – President Polk’s request for a Declaration of War against Mexico passed by one vote.
In 1867 – The Alaska purchase was ratified in the Senate by two votes: 37-2, paving the way for future statehood.
In 1868 – President Andrew Johnson was Impeached but not convicted because the Senate was one vote shy of the necessary two thirds required.
In 1876 – Samuel Tilden won the presidential popular vote but came up one electoral vote shy and lost to Rutherford B. Hayes.
In 1941 – Congress amended the active-service component of the Selective Service Act from one year to two-and-a-half years by one vote, 203 to 202.
In 1948 – A Texas Convention voted for Lyndon B. Johnson over ex-Governor Coke Steven in a contested Senatorial election.
In 1962 – Governors of Maine, Rhode Island and North Dakota were elected by an average of one vote per precinct.
In 1977 – Vermont State representative Sydney Nixon was seated as an apparent one vote winner, 570 to 569. Mr. Nixon resigned when the State House determined, after a recount, that he had actually lost to his opponent Robert Emond 572 to 571.
In 1989 – A Lansing, Michigan School District millage proposition failed when the final recount produced a tie vote 5,147 for, and 5,147 against. On the original vote count, votes against the proposition were ten more than those in favor. The result meant that the school district had to reduce its budget by $2.5 million.
In 1994 – 1.1 votes per precinct in Alaska elected Tony Knowles as Governor and Fran Ulmer as Lieutenant Governor out of 216,668 votes cast in the General Election.
In 1994 – Republican Randall Luthi and Independent Larry Call tied for a seat in the Wyoming House of Representatives from the Jackson Hole area with 1,941 votes each. A recount produced the same result. Mr. Luthi was finally declared the winner when, in a drawing before the State Canvassing Board, a ping pong ball bearing his name was pulled from the cowboy hat of Democratic Governor Mike Sullivan.
Just One Vote
An Election Challenge

One voter in each precinct of the United States will determine the next president of the United States. One vote. Thats a big weapon you have there, Mister. In 1948, just one additional vote in each precinct would have elected Dewey. In 1960, one vote in each precinct in Illinois would have elected Nixon. One vote.
One morning in 1844, a grain miller from DeKalb County, Indiana, was walking toward his mill. It was Election Day, but he had work to do and did not intend to vote. Before he reached the mill, however, he was stopped by friends who persuaded him to go to the polls. As it happened, the candidate for whom he voted won a seat in the state legislature"by a margin of one vote.
Now, when the Indiana Legislature convened, the man elected from DeKalb cast the deciding vote that sent Edward Allen Hennegan to the United States Senate. Then, in the Senate, when the question of statehood for Texas came up, there was a tie vote. But who do you suppose was presiding as president pro tempore? Hennegan. He cast the deciding vote from the chair. So, Texas was admitted to the union because a miller in DeKalb County, Indiana, went 10 minutes out of his way to cast...one vote.
More? Thomas Jefferson was elected president by one vote in the Electoral College. So was John Quincy Adams. One vote gave statehood to California, Idaho, Oregon, Texas and Washington. The Draft Act of World War II passed the House by one vote.
Over 200 million Americans are eligible to vote this year. Less than half will. Plato said it: The penalty good men pay for indifference to public affairs is to be ruled by evil men. So your vote is important. Historically, you use it...or you lose it. If you're not sure for whom you should vote, turn to a newspaper you can trust. Because everything we've won in 10 wars at the point of a gun can be taken away one vote at a time. Edmund Burke said it another way: All that is necessary for the forces of evil to win in this world is for enough good men to do nothing.
The Republican-controlled House voted 221-198 Wednesday to require proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections.
The Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act, or SAVE Act, would amend the 1993 National Voter Registration Act, known as the “motor voter law,” to require that states obtain documentary proof of U.S. citizenship from someone before he or she may register to vote.
Five Democrats voted for the legislation, but 198 Democrats voted against it.
President Joe Biden opposes the legislation and it’s not likely to pass the Democrat-controlled Senate, where Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, sponsored a companion bill.
“Over the past four years, Joe Biden has welcomed millions upon millions of illegals into the country knowing that noncitizens only have to check a box to vote in a federal election,” House Speaker Mike Johnson said in a public statement. “We have long known this was an intentional effort to turn them into voters, and now the American people know where every member of Congress stands on this critically important issue.”
No seriously. He said this.

“We know that they are lying, they know that they are lying, they even know that we know they are lying, we also know that they know we know they are lying too, they of course know that we certainly know they know we know they are lying too as well, but they are still lying. In our country, the lie has become not just moral category, but the pillar industry of this country.” - Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn //

"We're in a situation where we have put together, and you guys did it for our ... for President Obama's administration before this...." Biden said. "We have put together, I think the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics" Joe Biden
“Marc Elias is in the business of defending the riches of a disastrous elections system with universal vote-by-mail that are sending ballots automatically to thousands of bogus addresses,” Adams added.

Democrats have leveraged the ERIC system and state data feeds to gain real-time access to ballot information, allowing them to track whether ballots have been received, cast, and returned.
This data advantage provides an unprecedented capability to influence election outcomes by focusing efforts on aligned non-voters and ensuring these ballots are cast and counted. Republicans, lacking similar access and real-time processing capabilities, are at a strategic disadvantage.
Past elections provide clear examples of these vulnerabilities. In 2020, Matt Braynard's analysis, now scrubbed from search engines, identified potential large-scale fraud through statistical and data irregularities as well as mismatches in voter information. His findings demonstrated how errors in data management could be exploited to introduce fraudulent activity at scale.
The ability to track individual ballots and their status within the system, from receipt to return and tabulation, has revolutionized vote management. This capability, integrated into Democratic vote management apps and platforms, provided an unprecedented advantage in 2020. //
A current concern involves the use of the HAVA (Help America Vote Act) database, managed by the Social Security Administration, to verify new voter registrations. News reports by Tim Pool of Timcast and others indicate that unknown actors in states like Texas and Missouri are attempting to register tens to hundreds of thousands of new voters each week, with many thousands to tens of thousands rejected, indicating these individuals are deceased.
This anomaly suggests a potential organized effort to register large numbers of illegal migrants, particularly in states experiencing high immigration flows. The scale and consistency of these errors highlight the vulnerability of the registration process to systematic manipulation.

The “Australian Ballot” is the ballot Americans know and trust. First used in Australia in 1856, the ballot is what we know as the secret ballot. Americans trust that they can go to the polls, privately vote, and no one will find out who they voted for. States even prohibit people taking pictures of their ballots to discourage voter intimidation. But Texans need to know they have a secret ballot no more.
In a wild story out of Texas, the website Current Revolt obtained Matt Rinaldi’s Super Tuesday ballot. //
That someone was able to both locate and reveal the supposedly secretly cast ballot of anyone, let alone the Chairman of the Republican Party of Texas, should rise to a federal investigation. Current Revolt, in revealing Rinaldi’s ballot, wrote, “There are multiple methods that can be used to reveal ballots cast by voters in Texas. The Rinaldi ballot was obtained with one method. Another method, is described in a lawsuit led by Dr. Laura Pressley.” [Emphasis added] In other words, the site did not wish to reveal the means by which Rinaldi’s ballot was obtained and who actually obtained it.
The Georgia Election Board chided Fulton County for breaking the law in 2020 but stopped short of referring the case for more investigation.
Tucker Carlson recently sat down with Catherine Engelbrecht, founder of True the Vote. As you might expect, after 2020, True the Vote is paying very close attention to this year's presidential election. But what Engelbrecht says she found hidden in an obscure section of the U.S. code, could hold the key to a lot of what is going on, and the timing for it.
Engelbrecht told Carlson that she just happened upon it herself. Title 18, under the heading "Crimes and Criminal Procedure," states, "if the (illegal) alien reasonably believed at the time of voting in violation of such subsection that he or she was a citizen of the United States," that in Engelbrecht's words, "they are subject to no prosecution."
Wait, what?! So if someone comes into the country illegally, votes in the election, is caught, but then says they believed themselves to be U.S. citizens just because they came across the border and maybe checked in with the Border Patrol, they can now vote in the election? Engelbrecht went on to say that when she found this, she showed it to legislators, immigration attorneys, and even attorneys for True the Vote. The response was deer in the headlight stares. Engelbrecht added, "We've seen many many people coming across the border who are talking about their excitement about voting for Joe Biden, and claiming that they are citizens." //
In another part of the interview, Carlson asks if she believes that the majority of illegal immigrants would, or will, vote Democrat. Engelbrecht's answer is a sobering one. She stated, "I certainly see that the NGOs and the outfits that are bringing them across the country are grooming them for that purpose." //
Carlson then asks Engelbrecht incredulously, if the Biden administration is registering illegal immigrants to vote. In an even more sobering response, Engelbrecht states "They certainly are setting up all of the place settings to do it...It's not at all beyond the realm of possibilities, that is in fact, exactly what is happening." //
Funny, we thought Democrats were itching for another pandemic, but just maybe, illegal immigration is indeed the 2024 pandemic. //

In case anyone wanted to look at the "obscure" USC, since Redstate doesn't provide it, here it is:
18 U.S. Code § 611 (c)

Florida lawmakers showed their willingness to crack down on third-party organizations who break the law when registering voters — and in response, the groups have significantly slimmed down their operations in the Sunshine State, according to a report from WUSF.
The 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected an attempt from left-wing organizations to have the court reconsider a ruling that found unelected bureaucrats were wrong to accept thousands of undated or incorrectly dated ballots during the 2020 election.
A three-judge panel for the 3rd Circuit ruled in a 2-1 decision in March that any mail-in ballots that arrive in envelopes missing a date or with an incorrect date are invalid, upholding a state law and overturning a lower court’s decision.
Several left-wing organizations appealed the ruling by petitioning the court to review the decision en banc, a petition which was denied on Tuesday. It’s a big blow for Democrat operative and Russia hoaxer Marc Elias, whose group supported the lawsuit against the state law and which called it a “crucial” and “critical” case ahead of 2024. //
The panel for the 3rd Circuit overturned Baxter’s ruling, admitting that while their immediate reaction would be to find that a “failure to date a return envelope should not cause his ballot to be disqualified,” their role was simply to determine when the Materiality Provision can be applied.
“We hold that the Materiality Provision only applies when the State is determining who may vote,” Judge Thomas Ambra wrote. “In other words, its role stops at the door of the voting place. The provision does not apply to rules, like the date requirement, that govern how a qualified voter must cast his ballot for it to be counted.”
