Friday’s drag-queen parody of Christ at the Paris Olympics opening shows yet again that people who hate Jesus just can’t escape His art, archetypes, created realities, or authority.

The exhibition replaced Christ in the iconic Leonardo Da Vinci painting with a queer activist who describes herself as “a fat, Jewish, queer lesbian” and his disciples with cross-dressing sex performers. It immediately prompted an international backlash that can’t benefit queer acceptance. Neither can the performance, which portrayed queer people as creepy sex maniacs.

The show also backfired symbolically. In their attempts to slime what they see as their enemies, queer activists reinforced things they’re trying to destroy. //

The most obvious demonstration of this is the derivative nature of the “art.” The best the queer Paris Olympics “artistic director” and sex performers could come up with is badly deforming others’ artistic triumphs. They didn’t think up their own world, symbols, and referents, they just sabotaged others’ then pretended what any three-year-old can do is brilliant. This doesn’t compete with or replace Christianity and its symbols, it reinforces them.

If one wanted an entire civilization to forget about Christ’s Last Supper, one would adopt the left’s usual strategy: the memoryhole. Indeed, that seems to be already happening for the Paris blasphemy show, with clips of this massive event oddly difficult to find online. //

The savvy thing for Christ-haters would have been to keep the Last Supper imagery in the cultural attic, with the dust bunnies, catechisms, and two-parent nuclear families. Instead following the sadistic urge to hate on their self-chosen enemies has millions searching “Last Supper” and learning about this keystone of faith. //

Biology is not bigotry, but desecrating Christianity’s sacred symbols at every turn certainly is. God has the last laugh, though, because even when people blaspheme, they reinforce what God says. It’s another clear indicator that Christianity is true and Jesus is God. He has created the frame that we all live inside, and even those who hate it cannot escape.

If you look at what the left has done, they have radically taken this out of context and, in fact, aggressively lied about what I’ve said. The left has increasingly become explicitly antichild and antifamily. They’ve encouraged young families not to have children at all because of concerns over climate change.

Gowdy attempted to trap Vance by pointing out that numerous Americans, including former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, Senator Tim Scott from South Carolina, and Founding Father George Washington never had biological children. By highlighting these people, Gowdy aimed to challenge Vance's views on the importance of family structure, suggesting that childlessness does not diminish one's ability to serve the country effectively or possess strong leadership qualities. This rhetorical move was intended to put Vance on the defensive and question the validity of his stance on the matter.

Here is a shocker: Vance agreed with Gowdy's assessment because the Fox News host completely missed the point of what Vance was saying in 2021 or purposely misinterpreted it.

Vance said:

Vance agreed with Gowdy’s assessment that “direct offspring are not necessary to be fully invested in the future of this country,” but went on to say being a parent “really does transform your perspective.”

“So this is not a criticism, and was never a criticism, of everybody without children. That is a lie of the left. It is a criticism of the increasingly antiparent and antichild attitude of the left,” Vance said. //

"I’m going to keep on calling that out, because I think it’s important for parents to have a voice,” he said. “I’m proud to be on the ticket with President Trump, a real defender of parents and families."

Ever since my little boy came into the world, I've steadily become a different person than I was before he was around. The more he grows, the more I do, or at the very least, the more I notice my perspectives change. //

Is being child-free less stressful? Absolutely. At nearly two, my son is a gremlin who has two modes; asleep or going wild. When he's not in the house, I feel my muscles relax and my focus return.

But ease does not make for happiness. The question isn't whether your life is easier, the question is whether your life is filled with joy. That little gremlin is a joy to have. He gives my life far more purpose than something beyond myself and represents something much larger than me. Watching him grow is like watching a slow miracle unfold right before my eyes. My life is harder with him in it, but far better overall.

I don't need to use the "when you're on your deathbed, you'll want to be surrounded by your children and not your cats" argument. I can tell you that the joy is in the present, turning these little gremlins into proper people.

But the grandest of childless takes are the ones I see in positions of power. I'm amazed at how often school boards are made up of childless bureaucrats.

A Secret Service counter-sniper warned in an email there would be another assassination attempt, citing the agency’s inability to protect leaders after a shooter wounded former President Donald Trump, two of his supporters, and killed another at a rally.

“We all SHOULD expect another [assassination] attempt to happen before November,” the counter-sniper wrote in the email obtained by RealClearPolitics and posted to X. “This agency NEEDS to change, if not now, WHEN? The NEXT assassination attempt in 30 days?”

The counter-sniper emailed the entire Secret Service Uniformed Division Monday night, saying the operators assigned to Trump’s fatal rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13 did their jobs “with their hands tied” and that Secret Service supervisors “knew better.”

Google Photos has identical duplicate detection, where if you have uploaded photos to Google Photos already, it will not re-upload the same photo (each photo file has a unique "Hash" that allows us to determine this).

Hence, Google Photos avoids uploading duplicates, when different upload methods or devices are used, as long as the photos aren’t edited. There is no easy way to remove duplicates, but some of the following may help: 

A faster and more efficient way of moving your photos to another account is by sharing a link to the photos between the two accounts.

1. Log in to Google Photos using the account from which the photos have to be transferred.
2. Select the photos you want to transfer as explained above. Alternatively, move them to a new album and share that album with your second account.
3. To create an album, click the '+' sign on the top right after selecting the photos you want to share.
4. From the options that appear, select 'Album' to move the photos to an album.
5. You can move the photos to a new album or an existing one. For transferring photos to your second account, click the 'New Album' option.
6. On the next page, you can add a name to your album, such as 'Shared'.
7. Once the album is created, click the share icon on the upper right side to view the sharing options.
8. Google Photos will suggest a few contacts with whom you can share the album.
9. At the bottom, you will find a 'Create Link' option. Click on it to create a shareable link.
10. Google Photos will notify you that people with whom the link will be shared will have access to the album. Click the 'Create Link' button to continue.
11. Once the link is created, copy it manually or click the 'Copy' button to share it.
12. Now, sign out of this account and log in to your second account, or log in using a different browser.
13. Paste the link you copied into the address bar, and you will get access to view the album.
14. Click the 'View Album' button to view the photos in the album.
15. Now, select the photos you want to transfer to this account and click the '+' sign to create an album here.
16. Finally, create a new album and name it something like 'Transferred' as you did with the other account. The photos will be added to the album in this account.

Note: Make sure the upload quality for your second Google account is set to 'Original' so photos are uploaded in high quality.

In the same manner, you can select and move all your photos from one account to another. ///

Google Photos is smart enough not to duplicate pictures. So transfer albums like this, then start selecting ALL the pictures in the old account. In the new account, create/add them to the same album ("!Old account" for example). These will show up in your new account.

Once they are all transferred, you can delete the "!Old Account" album; the pictures will remain.

Providing a reminder of that was an incredibly bizarre and concerning scene on Monday. Standing on an airport tarmac next to Air Force One, Biden was asked about his newly proposed Supreme Court "reforms" being "dead on arrival" in the House of Representatives. The president then quipped, "That's what he is," referring to Speaker Mike Johnson. When pressed for clarification, he doubled down, saying, "He is dead on arrival." //

Senator Harris vocally throws around “F-bombs” and other profanity constantly in her berating of staff and others. The staff is in complete fear of her and she uses her profanity throughout the day.

As Attorney General, Senator Harris instructed her entire staff to stand every morning as she entered the office and say, “Good Morning General.”

Never once during the month-long internship did Harris introduce herself to our son (as he was only in an office with 20 paid employees) and staff was too intimidated by her to introduce him. The only acknowledgment was a form letter of “thanks” signed by Harris given to him on his last day of service.

Gregory was also given instructions to never address Harris nor look her in the eye as that privilege was only allowed to senior staff members. //

The picture, showing a defiant Trump, depicted the former president rising to his feet and yelling, ”Fight! Fight!” as blood streamed down his face. It instantly became one of the most iconic photos of our times. //

A post on Mark Zuckerberg’s social media site by a user with the handle End Wokeness that showed the Republican presidential candidate defiantly pumping his fist in the air while blood streams down his face had initially been flagged as misinformation.

The user was threatened with being deplatformed.

However, on Monday, Dani Lever, a spokesperson for the social network’s parent company, Meta, admitted the tech giant made a “mistake.”

Is this really where we’ve come to in this world? You can have a depraved opening ceremony with bearded men in dresses dancing alongside children, you can mock one of the world’s major religions, and no one is fired, yet a sportscaster who's been doing this since the 1980s offhandedly makes a joke about females putting on makeup and his career is over? For the next 100 days, every conservative should focus on the Word-Salad Queen and her defense of Biden. The focus must be on her and her full-throated covering for Biden. She claimed that Biden was brilliant. She claimed he ran circles around staff and policy wonks. That was a pernicious lie. She knew that Biden was a cognitive mess. She admits that she met with Biden on an almost daily basis. She hid the undeniable, inescapable fact that Joe Biden was a shell of himself even four years ago. She hid his decline for political profit at the expense of the country. She lied. Repeatedly.

Next, conservatives must repeat her policy positions. Her policy positions are not moderate, they are a leftist’s wet dream. Harris is not a moderate. She never has been. She is Bernie Sanders in a pantsuit and not nearly as adept at presentation as Bernie.

And, finally, Kamala Harris is a deer in the headlights without a teleprompter. She will implode when she tries to defend Biden’s record and her own positions. Harris is sentient, but she is stunningly bad at public speaking. Her word salads are albatrosses around her shoulders. //

It’s been often stated that whoever is the focus this November, that person will lose. Biden's administration was a trainwreck. Let that be the talking point. //

Inflation was 1.4% in January 2021 when Joe Biden took office.

What’s hilarious is you just admitted you’re making it all up. If you can make all the inflation claims you have, shouldn’t you know all those numbers?

You want to do spending, moron? OK, let me point you to more facts.

From 1 January 2021 through 31 December 2023 the Biden cabal spent $19.23T. From 1 January 2017 through 31 December 2020, the Trump administration spent $19.09T. That means Biden spent more money in three years than Trump spent in FOUR YEARS!

By the way, the Biden administration started their spending binge in March 2021 with the American Rescue Act, following that in August 2021 with the Infrastructure Bill, and continuing with the Inflation Reduction Act in August 2022.
