Also, it's interesting that only three were assigned, while the others evidently showed up on their own. Mr. Horowitz, in the linked article, does not offer any speculation as to why the remaining 21 "confidential human sources" were in attendance. One of the three, however, did actually enter the Capitol despite not being ordered or authorized to do so.
