Are the powers that be not letting him out in crowds because they think he's going to trip and fall all over himself or because his cognitive decline is going to become more apparent? Are they hiding Biden --because that's what it sounds like. We've already seen that since he was swept to the side in a coup, he's been mostly on vacation. Is he even in charge of anything anymore? //
