Violent crime is up, not down, under Kamala Harris — but as usual, the Fake News isn't telling the whole story
Violent crime hasn't "dropped," as the Fake News insists.
When Kamala took office, the FBI changed how it collects crime data. As a result, they're missing data from nearly a third of the nation's law enforcement agencies — including from many of the most violent cities, such as Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oakland, and New Orleans. //
A much more accurate picture emerges using data from the DOJ's National Crime Victimization Survey, which shows crime rates remain WAY UP under Kamala — throwing a dagger straight through the heart of claims to the contrary by Democrats and their Fake News allies.
FACT: Violent crime is up 37% between 2020 and last year.
- Rape is up 42%.
- Robbery is up 63%.
- Assault is up 34%.
- Violent crime (excluding simple assault) is up 55%.
- Domestic violence is up 32%.
- Stranger violence is up 61%.
- Violent crime (with an injury) is up 10%.
- Violent crime (with a weapon) is up 56%.
- Motor vehicle theft is up 42%.
Zelensky arrived in Pennsylvania on Monday, a hotly-contested election battleground state, courtesy of a U.S. taxpayer-funded C-17 Globemaster. What followed looked and sounded much more like a campaign stop than a diplomatic event, leaving onlookers to wonder exactly what the real purpose was. //
Vladimir Putin was never going to start a broader war with NATO because he knew he would lose. The Russian military is largely antiquated, poorly trained, and even more poorly led. He invaded Ukraine under Joe Biden for the same reason he invaded it under Barack Obama. Namely, to seize territory he sees as ethnically Russian. There is no larger plan for world domination if for no other reason than the reality that such a plan would be impossible to carry out.
Regardless, what Zelensky said and did on Monday is simply insane. He flew over to the United States at the behest of the Biden-Harris administration to trash their political opponents in a battleground state. //
Is Zelensky going after Trump and Vance because Democrats have prodded him to do so in exchange for taxpayer-funded support? Short of someone spilling the beans on what has been said behind the scenes, we may never know, but it sure seems like it. The appearance of impropriety is extensive, and the practical aspects of using government resources to have Zelensky come essentially campaign for Democrats six weeks before a major election is highly inappropriate. I get that there will be no impeachment inquiry into this, but in a government that wasn't eaten up with corruption, there would be. //

Let me get this straight. Ukraine is at war with Russia, yet both Zelensky and Putin have endorsed Kamala...
President Biden said Monday that his White House aides have told him he “can’t” do things “that I want to do,” but that he would “do it anyway” — before asking young girls to join him on stage at an event honoring Gotham FC.
Biden, 81, shook hands with several elementary- and middle school-age children on stage in the East Room after making the stunning admission at an event honoring the 2023 National Women’s Soccer League champions.
“You know, I thought when I got to be president, I’d get to do things that I want to do. But my staff tells me what I can’t do,” Biden said after walking into the event holding hands with star player Ali Krieger, 40.
“But I’m going to do it anyway,” he added. “All the young women, young kids out there — that are out there, come on up and do this one. Stand behind me, would do. Just come on.”
The State Department Inspector General has released a blistering report documenting how probable Iranian agent-of-influence Robert Malley was allowed to have access to highly classified information and meetings even after his security clearance was belatedly pulled by the Biden-Harris regime for mishandling classified information. Unlike former President Trump, Malley was never prosecuted for his mishandling of classified information even though he was closely affiliated with an Iranian-sponsored group dubbed the “Iran Experts Initiative” (IEI), a network of influential academics and researchers across the world who would advocate on behalf of Tehran on several important issues. //
In addition to lying, the State Department did not take action to limit Malley's access to highly classified information and meetings. Rather the opposite, the State Department's senior leadership hid Malley's lack of security clearance so it could not be enforced. //
It isn't clear exactly what resulted in the suspension of Malley's clearance, as the State Department has refused to explain it to Congress. What is clear is that Iranian media is the best source of information on his suspension. //
The Tehran Time’s article is just the latest in a string of scoops the outlet has published about the Malley affair, including U.S. government documents, audio recordings of the diplomat, and dates and reasons tied to his departure. So far, most have proven to be accurate. //
The long-term protection and coddling of Malley, a guy who can be described without malice or hyperbole as a hardcore Iranian sympathizer, shows the degree to which hostile foreign powers penetrate the Biden-Harris gang. The "investigation" of Malley of improperly handling classified information is both an exemplar and a warning. It is an exemplar in that the Department of Justice is pursuing a political prosecution of former president Donald Trump on that point, while the documents in question were stored in a place guarded by the Secret Service, but are unwilling to prosecute someone in Kamala Harris's circle who seems to have given classified information to Iran. It is a warning because if Harris is elected, Malley's investigation will go away, and he'll end up with a senior position at the State Department or the National Security Council.
She wasn't done, though. In what appears to be a very coordinated campaign at this point, MSNBC put out a slobbering segment in which Jill Biden gives "journalist" Peter Alexander an Oval Office tour. The two are also seen discussing the "transfer of power" as if her opinion on such matters is relevant. //
To call all of this odd is an understatement. Jill Biden taking a leading role in multiple aspects of the administration all on the same day is too obvious to count as a coincidence. There's a message being sent here. What exactly that is is up for consideration, but I suspect Joe Biden's relinquishing of the presidential nomination to Kamala Harris has something to do with it. //

That's the Presidential Seal. Why would her name be under it? What is the answer to this? Is this more about her desire for power? Nobody elected her to anything. Peter Doocy: Harris keep saying we’re not going back but if the Biden/Harris presidency was so good then why do they need a new way forward
4:19 PM · Sep 12, 2024
We wrote earlier about the story of Joe Biden going to Shanksville, Pennsylvania, to commemorate 9/11. That's the spot where Flight 93 went down when the passengers heroically tried to take back the plane. Biden visited with first responders and their families at the fire station.
Then came this funny report out of the exchange — that Biden somehow ended up with a Trump hat on his head.
Biden apparently offered one of the local men, a Trump supporter, a presidential hat. He then said he had to have the man's hat, the Trump hat. The frank exchange was hilarious.

BUSTED: Kamala Harris Copied Her Long-Awaited Policy Platform From Someone Else's Website – RedState
The policies themselves are what you'd expect. Some of them are incoherent word salads that never lay out any actual mechanism for accomplishing the promises being made. Others are just typical far-left slop, including on issues like energy and healthcare. At the very least, the release countered the idea that Harris is now a moderate. //
Perhaps there's a reason for that. According to a new report, Harris didn't even author some of the policy positions presented. Instead, they were lifted from Joe Biden's old campaign website. //
Kamala Harris is an idea, not a tangible candidate. She's a left-wing caricature dreamed up by the likes of CNN and MSNBC. There's no "there, there." She's simply a screen for the most radical factions of the political realm to project their deepest desires on. The problem for Harris? Most voters aren't radicals. They just want straight talk about the positions they care about. //
Further, if she's copying her policy ideas from Joe Biden, it's kind of hard to claim to be the candidate of "change." This exposes her as a continuation of the last four years, and that's something many Americans aren't too keen on. //

Kamala in 2021: I was the last person in the room to advise Biden before he made this momentous decision
Kamala in 2024: Trump made us do it.
Come on lol. //
This is astonishing.
First, the Biden-Harris administration extended the deadline for months anyway, so the point about the timing doesn't even make sense. They didn't comply with what had been worked out to begin with. As I said at the time, Biden's response was sociopathic. He said that he disagreed with people who said he should have started getting people out earlier. Because he didn't do that and pulled the military out before that, he then needed to surge more military in after everything blew up.
Second, are they really saying they failed and had such a disaster because they were too ignorant and had to depend on plans left over from the Trump administration? Was that what was necessary to get it done right? That's what they seemed to be admitting. How incompetent are they?
Plus, let's review what the Biden-Harris team previously claimed something about the withdrawal. Biden claimed it was an "extraordinary success." And Kamala Harris? She bragged that she was the last person in the room; she was "comfortable" with the decision: //
So, was Kamala lying then and/or is she lying now? Either way, she's lying and it's not a good look when, once again, they take no responsibility and try to blame someone else for their own actions. No one has been held accountable for any of the failures over Afghanistan, including the deaths of the 13 Americans, and the Biden-Harris team has refused to even speak with the families of the 13.
She is absolutely shameless.
For nine months, Biden and Harris have claimed a ceasefire deal was just around the corner. Every single time, though, Sinwar does the same thing. Israel agrees to pretty horrific terms to get its hostages back, and Hamas drops in with a new demand, usually to release even more murderous terrorists. All the while, Democrats continue to blame Netanyahu for not somehow doing enough to get the psychopaths he's negotiating with to follow through. //
What we are seeing is a perfect illustration of the Biden-Harris foreign policy. There's no undergirding principle. There's no ability to wield soft or hard power to ensure the world's worst actors stay in line. It's just a free-for-all of lightweights pursuing "diplomacy," a word that has lost all legitimate meaning under the current administration.
Diplomacy is not a strategy, it is a tactic. It goes hand in hand with leverage garnered through force or the threat of force. When America's enemies do not respect it, then diplomacy is not only ineffective, but it exacerbates dangerous situations. Biden and Harris are weak, and dictators and terrorists know it. They believe they demand outcomes by sheer hubris. That's not how the real world works, something that has become painfully clear over the last four years of continual abject failure on the global stage.
Further, Biden and Harris have shown themselves to be morally bankrupt. They have thrown their lot in with literal terrorist supporters to try to hold together their fragile political coalition. Meanwhile, real consequences have followed.
JENNINGS: Well, I mean, I mean normally that's the case. She's had a very consequential vice presidency. She's cast, I think the most ever tie-breaking votes in the Senate of any vice president including on Joe Biden's specific economic program which drove the country into a massive inflation, inflationary spiral, which everyone is mad about.
And on top of that, she, in her own words, last person in the room with Joe Biden when they made the disastrous decision on Afghanistan. So I think in some cases you're right Van, the vice president is relatively inconsequential. She has been a consequential vice president, and I think the consequences have been bad. //
Harris defenders want to have it both ways. On the one hand, they want to tout her vice presidential experience as evidence of her qualifications to be president. On the other hand, they want to claim she did nothing and is responsible for nothing. Wouldn't that logically mean her "experience" is null and void then? //

Harris touting her VP experience is like the 1st mate on the Titanic bragging about his successful seamanship.
Republican Sen. Mike Lee (Utah) also weighed in on the BLS report, with thoughts similar to those of Trump:
This disastrous report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics shows what Americans have known for years: illegal immigration drives down the wages and jobs of American citizens, pushing out struggling families.
Statistics show that all of the job growth Kamala Harris and Joe Biden’s claim to have created has not been for American citizens.
It has entirely gone to illegal immigrants whom they have imported at great harm to our country. It appears that the primary beneficiaries of the Biden-Harris economy are illegal aliens. > The ones shouldering the burden of their suppressed wages, inflated cost of living, and migrant crime are the American people.
This is the most disastrous presidency of the last 50 years, a great betrayal of our nation.
Not to nitpick with Sen. Lee, but a strong argument can be made that the Biden presidency is the worst in American history.
Hunter Biden surprised prosecutors and legal watchers Thursday with his decision to plead guilty to nine criminal charges related to his failure to file and/or pay taxes between 2016 and 2019. Though Hunter initially intended to enter an Alford plea, in which he wouldn't admit guilt, he eventually entered a straight guilty plea without any type of deal from prosecutors as to sentencing.
While Alford pleas are rare, it's even rarer for a defendant to straight-up plead guilty to every single count they're charged with and without any concessions from prosecutors on punishment - especially when that defendant could face 17 years in prison and $1.35 million in fines. //
In the end, the only person Hunter has to blame is himself - not just for doing the crime in the first place, but for endlessly documenting it and then writing about it in a memoir. //
Those are nice sentiments for his family, but where does this guy get off talking about prosecutors focused on dehumanizing him? Prosecutors are there to present evidence, not to humanize or dehumanize people. And if any criminal defendants are being dehumanized in this country right now, it's the J6 defendants and pro-life grannies being convicted for exercising their First Amendment rights. And while Hunter's whining about being dehumanized, any mention of the women he used for sex? The women he filmed himself having sex with - without their consent?
And of course the jury wouldn't hear that he paid back taxes, because he didn't pay them - Kevin Morris did. Trying to "fix" the crime afterward doesn't change the fact that it was committed in the first place. And, what relevance is it that Hunter is now clean and sober? Good for him, but really, it isn't relevant.
In the end, the only person Hunter has to blame is himself - not just for doing the crime in the first place, but for endlessly documenting it and then writing about it in a memoir.
After meeting with Biden for 30 minutes, Lowell informed the Court that his client would enter a straight guilty plea instead of an Alford plea: //
So if the court believes that you have discretion to reject an Alford plea, we will go forward with an open plea. //
"He was entitled to a trial today, and that’s what we would have given him. So if he chooses to not exercise that right, he should be forced to say that it’s true."
After those arguments, Scarsi said:
“We’re going to take an open plea. I’m going to ask Mr. Biden if you’ve committed conduct that you believe satisfies each of the offenses as charged in the indictment.” //
Wise had informed Lowell that if Biden pled guilty, Wise planned to read the entire indictment as the government’s factual basis, and followed through on that promise. Lowell objected and said they’d stipulate to the factual basis so the long document wouldn’t need to be read aloud, but Scarsi asked Wise to continue as a precaution to ensure there is appropriate transparency and sufficiency for the public interest.
After the indictment was read, Scarsi asked Biden:
"Do you agree that you committed every element of every crime charged in counts 1-9 of the indictment?"
Biden replied, "Yes." //
Biden was then asked how he pled to each individual count and answered, "Guilty" to each one. //

Exactly. Lowell said in court (and I think I referred to it there) that after the unfavorable rulings in the motions hearing, they, ah, felt this was their best option. They wanted a lot of things suppressed that weren't going to be suppressed.
As jury selection was beginning in Hunter Biden's federal tax evasion trial in downtown Los Angeles Thursday, Hunter's defense attorney, Abbe Lowell, announced in court that Hunter intends to change his plea from not guilty to guilty. //
At a pre-trial motions hearing on August 21, it became clear that as the evidence was presented, it would be quite embarrassing for the First Family, as prosecutors would be forced to call witnesses and introduce documentation to prove that millions of dollars in expenses were business expenses and not personal. That meant that women Hunter had allegedly paid for sex would testify, and receipts from an online dating site would be brought before the jury and the American public. //

On Monday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel will not give up the Philadelphi Corridor. On Tuesday, the U.S. says it will.
The White House has announced that its new ceasefire proposal is backed by Israel and would include withdrawing from densely populated areas along the Philadelphi corridor. . //
The fine print, of course, is from "parts" of the Philadelphi corridor. //
It's just a little odd that, again, the news isn't coming from Israel itself, and it actually directly contradicts what Prime Minister Netanyahu said only yesterday.
"...Netanyahu declared that Israel’s war goals are “to destroy Hamas, to bring back all of our hostages, to ensure that Gaza will no longer present a threat to Israel, and to safely return the residents of the northern border,” and asserted that “three of those war goals go through one place: the Philadelphi Corridor. That is Hamas’s pipeline for oxygen and rearmament.” //
While Netanyahu is accused of abandoning the hostages, he has actually been quite stoic in his efforts since Oct. 7th. It was when Biden started to buckle and flip that Hamas became emboldened. We will never know now how many live hostages could have been returned and how early this war could have ended had we stayed firm and unified.

Netanyahu has had more wounds in actual combat than everyone in the Obama Three Cabinet Combined. Getting lectured by a phony like Biden/Obama must make his blood boil.
He went on to remind the world that the Hamas murderers executed the hostages in the midst of negotiation talks, and pressure needs to be put on them, not Israel:
"These murderers executed 6 of our hostages. They shot them in the back of the head. That's what's changed. And now after this, we're asked to show seriousness. We're asked to make concessions. What message does this send Hamas? It says, kill more hostages, murder more hostages. You'll get more concessions. The pressure internationally must be directed at these killers, at Hamas, not at Israel. We say yes. They say no all the time, but they also murdered these people. And now we need maximum pressure on Hamas."
The barbarians known as Hamas are not only killing hostages, but they are now taunting the families of those hostages by releasing videos of the slain taken prior to their deaths. The terror organization is also promising more to come.
Israel recently went into Rafah and recovered the bodies of several hostages. If you'll recall, the Democrats were furious that Israel was planning to launch strikes into the region. As it turns out, Israel was right to focus on the area and the Democrats were wrong to push the Biden administration to withhold armaments.
Biden's response to the situation has been nothing short of incompetent, demanding that Benjamin Netanyahu do more to get to an agreement with Hamas.
But demanding Israel cut a deal with Hamas only rewards Hamas for its behavior, as Netanyahu rightly noted.
